Grants<br />

Co-applicant on a £44k grant from the John Fell Fund to an <strong>Oxford</strong> team <strong>of</strong> sociologists to get<br />

access to the 2007 and 2008 data from the Gallup World Poll. PI: Nan Dirk de Graaf;<br />

Netherlands Science Foundation Mid-size investments (NWO Middelgroot), 730k EUR plus<br />

2x200k EUR matching by the universities <strong>of</strong> Tilburg and Nijmegen for a joint application with<br />

M. Kalmijn (Tilburg) P. de Graaf and G. Kraaykamp (Nijmegen) called Panel Study Social<br />

Dynamics in the Netherlands. The first wave is currently in the field (www.nells.nl);<br />

Netherlands Science Foundation (NWO) Open Competition 1999. Three year grant (80k EUR<br />

for a PhD position and 10k EUR for buying data (NWO 425-12-011).<br />
