appliance that is truly innovative,completely modular, 

with an exclusive water flow system. The wash well 

has internal and external surfaces in AISI 304 

stainless steel and it is completely pressed, 

with rounded corners for simple, rapid cleaning. 

Also the arms, wash and rinse nozzles, and 

machine frame are made of AISI 304 

stainless steel, the inspection doors, 

insulated and balanced, are equipped 

with a safety system which prevents closure 

during cleaning and maintenance; also, to 

ensure maximum operator safety, the machine 

automatically stops when the door is 

opened during the operating cycle, if the 

electrical heating elements overheat, or if 

the wash pumps malfunction.
