ADP Self Service Portal
The following job aid outlines the various
features of the self service portal.
In the ADP self service portal you can:
•access your paystubs
•view/change your direct deposit information,
•view/change your Federal and State W-4 and
•view you annual W-2
ADP’s self service portal can be accessed
online when at work through the PeopleLink
intranet or from home at www.sepeoplelink.com.
From either site, click My
Rewards > Payroll>U.S. ADP’s self service
portal.
1. Click on User Login

Homepage
3. Once logged in, you will be taken to the
homepage:

Federal W-4
4. Click on the Pay & Taxes section in the top
navigation bar, then choose “Tax
Withholding”
To edit your withholdings:
6. Click on the appropriate underlined tax
type. To edit your Federal withholding,
click on the Federal tax type

7. Complete the information in the required
fields
8. Click the boxes to confirm you agree to
allow the Company to change the
withholdings and the information you
provided is correct
9. Click Save

2. Enter your User Name and Password, then
click Ok
5. From this page, you can view your current
Federal and State withholdings

To edit your State Withholding:
1. Click on the Pay & Taxes section in the top
navigation bar, then choose “Tax
Withholding”
4. Check the box to confirm you are
authorizing the Company to change your
withholdings based on the information
provided
5. Click Save
