control dog shown in panel B. Decreases in the TRL, HDL 2b , and HDL 2a fractions might<br />

also be present in the dog in panel A compared to the dog in panel B. Both dogs had<br />

serum triglyceride and cholesterol concentrations within their respective reference<br />

intervals.
