The Embassy reports that victims of this disaster especially apprvciated<br />
personal hygiene kits donated by World Vision, Inc. These kits (soap,<br />
towel, baby-powder, etc.) are kept in readiness in the AID disaster relief<br />
stocks in Panama. This prepositioning permitted rapid dellvery to victims.<br />
