B. Subject to the ce~~~ng pr~ce established in this de very order<br />

and the prior written approval of the project Manager (see block S on<br />

the cover page) the Contractor is authorized to adjust the number of<br />

days act~~lly employed in the performance of the work by each position<br />

specitie4 in this order. The contractor shall attach a copy of the<br />

Projec:t:lIlanager's approval to the final voucher submitted for payment.<br />

C. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that the Project<br />

Manager-approved adjustments to·the work days ordered for each<br />

position do not regult in costs incurred which exceed the ceiling<br />

pric. of this delivery order. Under no circumstances shall such<br />

adju8tacnts authorize the contractor to be paid any sum in excess of<br />

the total amount obligated in this order for the performance of the<br />

'Work.<br />
