Subcontractor agrees to provide the following for itS T.O. employees and consultanrs:
• All necessary visas and other required travel documents;
• Economy class airline tickets on American carriers wherever possible in accordance with
USAJD rules and regulations;
• Tram advances in accordance with Subcontractor's established policy and practice.
To the extent office costs are approved in the T.O. budget, Prime will arrange office space. In
some instances, local Dm offices may be requested to provide office space and to aJlow use of
their office equipment. Use of local nTII office facilities must be managed prudently and will
be coordiDat.ed only by the Prime.
To the ex.imt USAID approves the cost in a T.O. budget, Subcontractor T.O. personn~l may be
requested to participate in a de-briefmg for interested USAIDlWashington personnel upon
compl~ of assignment.

Subcontrattor agrees that the Prime will be responsible for all deliverables required for every
T.O. regardless of whether the Prime has any personnel on the team. In those instances where
the Subcontractor fields the Team Leader, Subcontractor agrees to ensure that the Team Leader
provides me final draft version of the report to the Prime for editing, fmal production, and
dissemimwtion
Prime apes to include the name of Subcontractor firm and the individuals fielded by
Subcontractor on every T.O. deliverable to which Subcontractor personnel contributed in a
substantiVe technical manner.
