The task order number, which shall be sequentially numbered.<br />

F.6. (n) The Government Furnished Property, if any, to be furnished to<br />

the Contractor, or the alternative means of obtaining same.<br />

F.7 PLACES OF PERFORMANCE<br />

Performance of this contract and task orders issued hereunder shall be<br />

in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, at the Contractor's and any<br />

subcontractors' facilities at other locations in the United States,<br />

and in those countries specified in task orders to which the<br />

Contracting Officer's Technical Representative, in accordance with<br />

Section H of this contract and the clauses of this contract entitled<br />

"International Travel Approval and Notification Requirements ll (AIDAR<br />

752.7032) and "Personnel" (AIDAR 752.7027), approves international<br />

travel for performance of the work.<br />

SUBMISSION/DELIVERY OF REPORTS AND OTHER DELIVERABLES<br />

The Contractor shall sUbmit/deliver all reports and other deliverables<br />

in accordance with the clause of this contract entitled IIF.o.b.<br />

Destination, Within Consignee's Premises ll (FAR 52.247-35). The types,<br />

quantities, consignees, and due dates of such reports and other<br />

deliverables are specified in Section F of this contract, and may be<br />

supplemented by task orders issued hereunder.<br />

F.9 TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS/RELATIONSHIP WITH USAID<br />

Performance of work under each task order will be subject to the<br />

written technical direction of the cognizant Contracting Officer's<br />

Technical Representative (CTO) set forth in each task order.<br />

Technical directions must be within the terms of this contract and any<br />

task order issued hereunder.<br />

F.ID PERFORMANCE OF TASK ORDERS<br />

F.IO. (a) The Contractor shall, upon issuance of a task order, promptly<br />

commence performance of the work specified therein. It is anticipated<br />

that there will be very short notice of requirements for services<br />

under this contract and the Contractor's prompt response is required.<br />

F.IO. (b) subject to the prior written approval of the CTO (see Section<br />

G.l. of this contract) I the Contractor may be authorized to continue<br />

performance under a task order beyond the estimated completion date<br />

set forth therein; provided that performance shall not extend beyond<br />

60 calendar days from the original estimated completion date set forth<br />

in the task order. Prior to the original estimated completion date l<br />

the Contractor shall provide a copy of the CTO's written approval for<br />

any extension to the term of the task order to the Contracting<br />

Officeri in addition, the Contractor must attach another copy of the<br />

CTO's approval for such continued performance under the task order to<br />

the completion voucher submitted for payment. No authorized extension<br />

provided for above a task order can extend beyond the contract
