Task Orders may be issued only by a Contracting Officer and may be<br />

issued orally or by written telecommunications, subject to any terms,<br />

conditions, and/or limitations which may be imposed by the Contracting<br />

Officer. No task orders may be modified to allow for a period of<br />

performance that exceeds the estimated completion date of this<br />

contract. The basic contract period is not extended unless by formal<br />

contract modification and new task orders shall not be issued after<br />

the basic contract estimated completion date, as modified. Only the<br />

cognizant USAID/W Contracting Officer may modify the basic Contract.<br />

F.6 CONTENTS OF TASK ORDERS<br />

Each task order shall specify:<br />

F.6. (a) The Source of Funds and Fiscal Data (including Budget Plan<br />

Code) .<br />

F.6. (b) The Ceiling Price and Obligated Amount, which shall constitute<br />

the maximum obligation of the Government to the Contractor for<br />

performance of the Task Order.<br />

F.6. (6) The Scope of Work that is based as much as possible on<br />

performance standards to which the contractor will be held.<br />

F.6. (d) The Quantity of Services/Work days.<br />

F. 6. (e) The types of Servic.es/Personnel Requirements, including:<br />

(1) the number of work days ordered for each functional<br />

labor category (FLC),<br />

(2) the name(s) of approved individual(s) for each FLC,<br />

(3) the specific duties and responsibilities for each FLC,<br />

if such specification from the FLC's in the contract<br />

are needed, and<br />

(4) The fixed daily rate for each authorized individual.<br />

F.6. (f) The Period of Performance/delivery schedule, including a time<br />

line indicating benchmarks/milestones and performance standards and<br />

completion date.<br />

F.6.(g) The Budget.<br />

F.6.(h) The Logistic Support.<br />

F.6.(i) The USAID and Other Liaison Officials.<br />

F.6. (j) The Language Requireme.nts, if any.<br />

F.6.(k) The Reports and Other Deliverables.<br />

F.6. (1) The Special Requirements/Relevant Information (e.g.,<br />

source/origin waivers) .
