Xf the parties fail to agree on an adjustment made pursuant to this clause it<br />

shall be con~idered a ~di~puteft and shall be dealt with under the terms of the<br />

"Disputes" clauses'of the contract_<br />

'l'he Duty post for this task order is Uganda.<br />

3. .13. ACCESS TO CL.ASSIFIED INFORMATION<br />

The Contractor shall not have access to classified information.<br />

1.14. LOGISTIC SOPpORT<br />

The contractor shall be responsible for all logistic support needed to successfully<br />

complete the contract.<br />

1.15. 'WORXWEEK<br />

The contractor is authorized up to a six-day workweek in the field with no premium<br />

pay.<br />

1.16. AUTHOlUZ£I) GEOGRAPHIC CODE<br />

The authorized geographic code for procurement of goods and eervices under this<br />

order is 935.<br />

1.17. SPECIAL PR~SlONS<br />

(i) LIMITATION ON LEVEL OF SFFORT (March 1"6)<br />

The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing when the<br />

contract or any task order awarded under the contract is expected to excQed<br />

7St of the estimated level of effort (LOE) specified in ei~er the Schedule<br />

or on che task order. Along with the written notice, the contractor shall<br />

provide the contracting officer with a revised estimate of the total LeE.<br />

Project approvals, technical orders or other direction from the project<br />

office do not constitute authori2ation to increase, decrease or redistribute<br />

LOE. '!'he Government :i.s not obligated to reimburse the contract.or for any<br />

actions that increaae, decrease or redistribute LOE unless such actions have<br />

been authorized in writing by the contracting officer.<br />

In the event that direct labor days in excee:s of the LOE are required to<br />

accomplish the work, such additional effort will be treated as new<br />

procurement except in limited situations in which the ·Changes· clause may be<br />

applicable ..<br />

In the event fewer days of LOE are used than authorized originally or by<br />

modification, ~e contractiDg officer has the option to extend the period of<br />

performance for any additional'period of time not exceeding 90 days to allow<br />

the cODtr~ctor to furnish the LO£ specified in the contract schedule. Such<br />

extensions shall not exceed any established funding ceilings or other terms<br />

and conditions and is for the sole purpotie of allowing the contractor to<br />

utiljze the LOE.<br />
