The contractor is authorized up to a six-day workweek in the field with no premium pay.<br />

1.17 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS<br />

Development of Workplan: At the commencement of work. following task order award. the contractor<br />

shall contact the bank at which training or other consulting work will be held and develop a<br />

detailed workplan in consultation with the bank. covering all aspects of the planned<br />

implementation of the work. A copy of the agreed-upon workplan shall be supplied to USAID as<br />

soon as the plan is developed. The workplan shall be updated as needed and appropriate during<br />

the implementation of the work.<br />

Final Report: After the conclusion of the work at each bank. the contractor shall prepare a<br />

final report summarizing the work carried out under the task order. including results achieved<br />

and problems encountered. This report shall be submitted in final form to USAID (ANE/SEA) in<br />

hard copy writing and electronic format (in Microsoft Word) by the completion date of the task<br />

order unless another date is specified. This final report shall indicate the extent to which the<br />

work performed can be replicated at other banks or other organizations in Thailand. and what<br />

would be required to so replicate the work.<br />

Non-Disclosure Agreement: By signing this task order. the Contractor hereby acknowledges that<br />

the reports. advice and all other information. whether oral or written. provided or generated<br />

under this Contract or any subcontract of the Contractor for use by the Bangkok Bank (BKKB). or<br />

to which the Contractor or any of its subcontractors obtains access in connection with the<br />

Contract. is confidential information. The undersigned agrees not to publish. divulge. disclose<br />

or make known in any manner to any outside party any such confidential information except as<br />

expressly contemplated herein for the performance of this Contract or unless the undersigned<br />

first obtains the prior written consent of the USAID contracting officer.<br />

Prohibition to Drug Trafficking: USAID reserves the right to terminate this contract/task order.<br />

to demand a refund or take other appropriate measures if the Contractor is found to have been<br />

convicted of a narcotics offense or to have been engaged in drug trafficking as defined in 22 CFR<br />

Part 140.<br />
