The purpose of this Task Order modification is to 1) increase Task Order
Ceiling price by $19,930 from $1,980,070 to $2,000,000 to finance the required
continuity of technical assistance services and operation of the DTT's local
office and staff; and 2) extend the Task Order completion date from
September 30, 2000 to October 31, 2000. Specific changes in Task Order are
on following pages.
