FACILITIES OFFERED AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION<br />
1. ATHLETES<br />
Hotel :<br />
Accommodated (bed and breakfast) athlete expense<br />
Meals : at the expense of athlete<br />
2. GROOMS<br />
Requests for accommodation must be sent with entries.<br />
Cost of accommodation will be at the cost athlete .<br />
Meals: at athlete expense .<br />
3. HORSES / PONIES<br />
Transport expenses to be paid by the athlete .<br />
Stabling arrangements from monday pm 27/02/2012 to monday am<br />
05/03/2012 : Cost to be paid by OC ; first bedding offered.<br />
Out of these dates, stabling at competitor expenses for 20€ per day per horse<br />
Extra box 200€ per week per horse<br />
Tack box 200€ per week<br />
Electricity 50€ per week<br />
Hay 13€, Straw 8€, Shavings 12€<br />
The organisation will not accept the delivery of hay, shavings and straw<br />
by other suppliers on the show ground.
