VII. ENTRIES N.B. All Athletes & Horses participating in any International<br />
competition must be registered with the FEI.<br />
Entries in Principle: tuesday 20/12/2011<br />
Nominated Entries: tuesday 17/01/2012<br />
Definite Entries: tuesday 07/02/2012<br />
Last date for substitutions: friday 24/02/2012<br />

IMPORTANT – Entries must include the following information on<br />
horses/ponies and athletes:<br />
Horses: • name of horse • date of birth • breed • country of birth • stud-book<br />
initials • passport number/FEI horse registration number • colour • sex • name(s)<br />
of owner(s)<br />
Athletes: • name of athlete • nationality of athlete • FEI rider registration number<br />
A reservation form is usable on Vidauban-Competition website,<br />
necessary for entry reservation and to order extras (hay, extra-box,<br />
etc..)<br />
“NB : Withdrawals after the date of definite entries or no-shows will be<br />
held liable to reimburse the OC for the actual financial loss incurred by<br />
the OC (i.e. stabling and hotel expenses) as a result of the late<br />
withdrawal or no-show.”<br />
Amount will be 150 € corresponding to OC compensation for withdrawals<br />
after the date of definite entries or no-shows<br />
CHARGES BY THE ORGANISER<br />
Entry fee per horse: 450 € for Big Tour, Small Tour, Young Riders & U25<br />
400 € for Ponies, Juniors & Young Horses<br />
MCP Fee : included in entry fee ; No Additional fees<br />
All riders have to pay, january 17 th at the latest (nominated entries<br />
date) , a deposit equal to 150,-€ per horse , for entry reservation. This<br />
amount is no-refundable after 1 week after definite entries date.<br />
Please remember to specify the name/level/horse of the rider in reason for<br />
payment of the bank transfer.<br />
