opened on the same date at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of such tenderer who may wish to be present,
quotation received after 1.30 p.m. on17.09.2012 on opening day will not be accepted.

quotation should be duly authorized by the initials of the person signing the quotation. The
quotation should indicate separately the other charges such as S.T./V.A.T., Packing and
forwarding, Freight, Insurance Installation, Excise Duty, Octroi charges, Discount, surcharge etc.

Terms of Payment : 100% payment within 30 days against the pre-receipted bill after receipt of
the items in full and good conditions and after their installation/commissioning.
5. EARNEST MONEY/SECURITY DEPOSIT :- The earnest money as noted below should be
deposit alongwith the offer in the form of Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Fixed Deposit Receipt in
favour of PAO, Indian Bureau of Mines, Nagpur at any nationalized/commercial Bank should be
complied with price bid otherwise the offer may be treat as invalid. The Earnest money by way of
cash deposit or in any other form will not be entertained.
6. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT :- The EMD of Rs.5000/- should be deposit alongwith the
quotation. The Earnest Money without interest will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers
within the validity period. The earnest money of Successful tenderer will be treat as Security
deposit. The security deposit will be released on completion of contract i.e. after receipt of the
goods in full and good condition at purchaser’s site.
