quotation should be duly authorized by the initials <strong>of</strong> the person signing the quotation. The<br />
quotation should indicate separately the other charges such as S.T./V.A.T., Packing and<br />
forwarding, Freight, Insurance Installation, Excise Duty, Octroi charges, Discount, surcharge etc.<br />

Terms <strong>of</strong> Payment : 100% payment within 30 days against the pre-receipted bill after receipt <strong>of</strong><br />

5. EARNEST MONEY/SECURITY DEPOSIT :- The earnest money as noted below should be<br />
deposit alongwith the <strong>of</strong>fer in the form <strong>of</strong> Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Fixed Deposit Receipt in<br />
favour <strong>of</strong> PAO, <strong>Indian</strong> <strong>Bureau</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Mines</strong>, Nagpur at any nationalized/commercial Bank should be<br />
complied with price bid otherwise the <strong>of</strong>fer may be treat as invalid. The Earnest money by way <strong>of</strong><br />
cash deposit or in any other form will not be entertained.<br />
6. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT :- The EMD <strong>of</strong> Rs.5000/- should be deposit alongwith the<br />
quotation. The Earnest Money without interest will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers<br />
within the validity period. The earnest money <strong>of</strong> Successful tenderer will be treat as Security<br />
deposit. The security deposit will be released on completion <strong>of</strong> contract i.e. after receipt <strong>of</strong> the<br />
goods in full and good condition at purchaser’s site.<br />
