Dy. Inspector General(Adm), Directorate General, CRPF, Block No-1, CGO Complex,
New Delhi intends to register Manufacturers, Dealers, General order suppliers/firms for purchasing of
machinery & equipment stores, fixture & furniture stores, stitching materials, hygiene and sanitation
items, expendable/petty expendable stores, musketry stores, clothing/uniform items, spare
parts/lubricant items of vehicles, repair of vehicles and fabrication/body repairing works of vehicles,
fabrication works of uniform items, misc stores etc., for the financial year 2013-14 , 2014-15 and 2015-16
on the condition laid down by Government of India from time to time. The interested firms should apply
in along with required documents by 09/10/2013 at 1200 hrs to register the names of firms with this
Directorate General, CRPF. Application format along with documents be sent through registered
Post/Courier etc. or be dropped in tender box available at the Reception-2, Block NO.1. on any
working day. Generally this office procures following items: -
1. MT spare parts of all type of vehicles, MT tools Lubricant items, Paints ,Spare parts ,
Bicycles and Fire extinguisher.
2. Various clothing/Uniform items.
3. Various types of Equipments, Furniture, Kitchen items, Defence material, Training Aids,
Tradesmen tools, Stationery items, office machines, Hygiene and Sanitation
items,Hospital equipments.

b) Defence materials /Essential stores :
Sand bag, barbed wire concertina coil, CGI sheets, Iron Picket Angle
(Large/Small) Bellies, Polythene sheet, Security lights, Security lamp electric
bulb, All type of CFL , electric wire/ Cable, Water cooler Air cooler Fan(all
types) and other essential equipments.
c) Works/Building materials
All type construction materials for Repair/Renovation and Construction of semi
permanent structure etc,.
d) Furniture items
All wooden/steel furniture items including modular furnitures, all type Air
conditioners, RO systems, AMC of all machinery & equipments, RO Systems,
Gen sets, Furniture, Air conditioners, Drinking water coolers, Desert/ Room
Coolers, kitchen equipments.

items may send their application showing names of items along with attested copies of following
documents to reach the undersigned within the stipulated time:-
i) SSI/NSIC permanent registration certificate for supply of items mentioned
Sl.No.4, if available.
ii) ST/CST/VAT registration documents.
iii) Latest income Tax clearance document.
iv) Latest Sale Tax/Vat clearance documents.

v) A report from their bankers regarding financial limit, Name of Bank, A/C
No.(Core Bank Account No.), Branch Code, IFSC Code , NEFT/RTGS enabled
or not.
vi) Details of supplies made earlier to other Govt. Department, other Bid
documents if any in routine.
vii) If exempted from Income Tax/CST/VAT the relevant Govt. letter in this regard.
viii) TIN No.
ix) Capability of Group of stores can be supplied
x) Whether Manufacture, authorized dealer or Holders in stock of the stores.
xi) Whether blacklisted in the past
xii) Copy of Trade licence/ Registration certificate.
