VarioFil – Plug and Profit The concept of the Oerlikon Barmag VarioFil compact spinning line has been designed for the greatest level of flexibility. VarioFil is a stand-alone system for which all auxiliary units required for operation are integrated within the system. Hence, VarioFil is the ideal production tool for those yarn manufacturers who – in addition to large orders – have to cope with a broad range of products in small lots and be able to react quickly to a dynamic market. With VarioFil, market changes do not automatically equate to investing in a new machine, but simply purchasing a customized retooling package. For this reason, you will always be able to utilize an optimal VarioFil concept for the latest products – and all at minimal cost. Flexibility The VarioFil modular system is structured in such a way as to allow each respective process-decisive component to be positioned to always ensure optimal machine configuration for the desired product. Hence, this system permits: - The production of various yarn types (POY, FDY, and FDY HT) through to DTY in conjunction with a Oerlikon Barmag texturing machine; - The processing of different polymers, such as PP, PET, PA, and similar; - The production of bi-component and microfilament yarns; - Fast product and dye change; - The simultaneous production of different products; - A broad overall and filament titer range. Quality The – at all times – first-class yarn quality is achieved with optimal machine configuration and the utilization of top-quality Oerlikon Barmag components. Only Oerlikon Barmag standard components are used for the VarioFil compact spinning line, which have proven themselves over many years in conventional large-scale systems and whose designs have been uncompromisingly geared towards each respective process. Operating costs In addition to the yarn quality, achieving the lowest possible operating costs is decisive for successful yarn production. Downstream process The downstream process can be implemented using the entire range of Oerlikon Barmag texturing and air-texturing equipment.
