les uns traduisent « chant »37, les autres « taille (de la vigne) »38. Mais ces
deux traductions font difficulté39, la première parce qu’elle ne concorde pas
avec le contexte immédiat qui est une description de la nature, la deuxième
parce qu’elle semble accorder trop d’importance à un travail agricole secondaire
qui a lieu plus tôt40. Si le sens de zmr dans la tablette de Gézer est bien
« vendange », ne faudrait-il pas donner le même contenu sémantique à zāmīr
