Article 2
Upon entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall abolish all customs
duties and charges having equivalent effect to customs duties on imports and exports of
products listed in Table 1 originating in a Party, except as otherwise provided for in
Articles 3 and 4.

Article 3
Switzerland, including the territory of Liechtenstein, may maintain customs
duties on imports of fish and other marine products originating in Bosnia and
Herzegovina listed in Table 2.

Article 4
1. Bosnia and Herzegovina shall grant treatment for products originating in an
EFTA State as provided for in Table 3. The following categories listed in Table 3 shall
apply:
a) customs duties on originating products referred to as category A shall be
eliminated according to the following schedule:
on the date of entry into force of this Agreement, to 75% of the basic
duty,
on 1 January 2015, to 50% of the basic duty,
on 1 January 2016, to 25% of the basic duty,
on 1 January 2017, the remaining duties shall be abolished;
b) customs duties on originating products referred to as category B shall be
eliminated according to the following schedule:
on the date of entry into force of this Agreement to 80% of the basic
duty,
on 1 January 2015, to 60% of the basic duty,
on 1 January 2016, to 40% of the basic duty,
on 1 January 2017, to 20% of the basic duty,
on 1 January 2018, the remaining duties shall be abolished;
c) Bosnia and Herzegovina may maintain customs duties on imports of
products originating in an EFTA State referred to as category C.
2. The Parties shall examine in the Joint Committee no later than three years after
the date of entry into force of this Agreement and thereafter, if need be, every other

year, opportunities for granting further concessions or full liberalisation for products
listed in category C of Table 3.
