Article 2<br />
Upon entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall abolish all customs<br />
duties <strong>and</strong> charges having equivalent effect to customs duties on imports <strong>and</strong> exports of<br />
products listed in Table 1 originating in a Party, except as otherwise provided for in<br />
Articles 3 <strong>and</strong> 4.<br />

Switzerl<strong>and</strong>, including the territory of Liechtenstein, may maintain customs<br />
duties on imports of fish <strong>and</strong> other marine products originating in Bosnia <strong>and</strong><br />
Herzegovina listed in Table 2.<br />

Article 4<br />
1. Bosnia <strong>and</strong> Herzegovina shall grant treatment for products originating in an<br />
<strong>EFTA</strong> State as provided for in Table 3. The following categories listed in Table 3 shall<br />
apply:<br />
a) customs duties on originating products referred to as category A shall be<br />
eliminated according to the following schedule:<br />

on the date of entry into force of this Agreement, to 75% of the basic<br />
duty,<br />
on 1 January 2015, to 50% of the basic duty,<br />
on 1 January 2016, to 25% of the basic duty,<br />
on 1 January 2017, the remaining duties shall be abolished;<br />
b) customs duties on originating products referred to as category B shall be<br />
eliminated according to the following schedule:<br />

on the date of entry into force of this Agreement to 80% of the basic<br />
duty,<br />
on 1 January 2015, to 60% of the basic duty,<br />
on 1 January 2016, to 40% of the basic duty,<br />
on 1 January 2017, to 20% of the basic duty,<br />
on 1 January 2018, the remaining duties shall be abolished;<br />
c) Bosnia <strong>and</strong> Herzegovina may maintain customs duties on imports of<br />
products originating in an <strong>EFTA</strong> State referred to as category C.<br />
2. The Parties shall examine in the Joint Committee no later than three years after<br />
the date of entry into force of this Agreement <strong>and</strong> thereafter, if need be, every other

year, opportunities for granting further concessions or full liberalisation for products<br />
listed in category C of Table 3.<br />
