Under local authority regulations, there is always a reason for closure
of trails after operating hours.
The local rescue service is operated by 30 well trained full-time members.
Please note that, when accidents occur, a fee has to be charged for the
rescue service provided.
PISTE GROOMING: Night after night 40 piste machines and an experienced team
set to work on the pistes to ensure perfect snow cover. Despite preparation, if there
has been a great deal of snow, it is not always possible to create ideal piste conditions
because in some weather conditions the new snow fails to bond with the snow layer
underneath. Our team tries, nonetheless, to create the best possible conditions for you.

SKI BUS SERVICE
Use of all buses with the “SKIBUS” sign is free for Bergbahn Kitzbühel guests who
have valid ski passes and Alpine ski equipment. Current schedules are posted at all
stops and available at all ticket outlets, or see the internet for updated schedules.

The new “iSki Tracker” app is a must for trendy wintersports
enthusiasts. Using your smartphone you can
track your skiing day precisely and then analyse it afterwards.
Figures on the number of piste kilometres covered, altitude
metres and speeds are recorded along with a detailed profile
of heights reached and overall length of the skiing day etc.
We rejuvenate your skiing! The

Skiing is performance and performance is quantifiable –
even for normal piste addicts! Register yourself via the app
on www.skiline.cc and see your skiing day as a personal
performance chart in the form of a Skiline altitude-related

GENERAL TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Ski passes are non-transferable and must be presented to controllers within
the control zone. Lost ski passes will not be replaced. Ski passes may not be
exchanged after purchase, nor may their period of validity be extended or
changed. Bad weather, avalanche hazard, unforeseen departure, interruption
in lift service, closure of one or all lifts due to unfavourable weather conditions,
closure of trails, overcrowding of ski pistes etc. shall not entitle ski pass holders
to a refund. Should you forget your ski passes/season tickets, an appropriate
day ticket – for which no refund is available – must be purchased.
Please allow for reduced availability of lifts and pistes during the pre and
off-season periods.
By purchasing a ticket/pass, passengers accept our TERMS AND CONDITIONS
of transportation, which are posted at the various stations.
Refunds
We cannot accept any legal claims for refunds in cases of accident or illness;
refunds, if any, will be made as gestures of goodwill. A decisive factor will
in any case be that you promptly return the casualty’s or sick person’s ski
pass to one of our ticket offices and present a medical certificate issued by
a local physician or hospital. In no case will a one-day ticket be refunded.
The methods we lay down for making refunds shall apply. We reserve the
right to refuse refunds without giving any reasons.
Misuse of lift tickets/ski passes
Persons found without a valid Ski Pass must expect to pay a higher price.
Any misuse of lift tickets or passes will result in forfeiture of the ticket/pass
without compensation and, moreover, incur a fine of €100.00.
Liability
The operator of the ski pistes is not liable for damages or injuries incurred
by skiers/riders through the incorrect behaviour of other persons. Particularly
careless and dangerous skiing/riding and failure to respect barriers or other
instructions may result in a refusal to transport the skier/rider in question.
Your safety is our prime concern; please observe the FIS Rules.
Car parks
Use of our car parks is free of charge except for parking at the car park at the
valley station of the Hahnenkammbahn cable car. Parking at the indoor car
park at the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn cable car is also free of charge
– to guests using our cable car – between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Bus parking
space available at all feeder cable cars (except for the Hahnenkammbahn,
Maierlbahn and Pengelsteinbahn cable cars).
Our cash-desk staff and information team are always at your service to
provide you with information. Take advantage of the opportunity to
purchase your ski passes in the evening at the following cash points:
