The ergonomical design in connection with the height adjustable door makes working comfortable
and adapts individually to each worker.
The dirty parts have to be put on the work piece plate. The high pressure pistol can be activated
through the gloves and the parts will be cleaned effectively and thoroughly with high pressure. Therefore
the machine is equipped with a loading pump and a high pressure pump.
Cleaning can be done within short time through the high pressure jet. The POWER BOX outmatches
manual cleaning systems.

The circulated medium will be filtered effectively. Below the stainless steel work piece plate is a big
stainless steel fine filter and furthermore the medium will be prepared through the filter cartridge.
Besides the high pressure cleaning the POWER BOX provides also the possibility to clean the parts
with the cleaning brush.
Optionally the machine can also be equipped with a blow gun.

Energy saving and secure technology
The tank of the POWER BOX is made of double walled
stainless steel. Between those stainless steel is a strong
insulation to decrease the loss of the warmness. The
medium will be filtered several and will be circulated. The
high pressure pump is equipped with a loading pump
which fuses through the pressure switch and protects for
faults. The bypass valve is also an emergency valve and
ensures the cleaning of the window. To prevent an overloading
of the machine an additional pressure relief device
is installed.
