And the Trailer Manager optimizes the parameter settings.
The ECO Tronic EBS software for vehicle manufacturers and workshops. Nowadays, efficient production and servicing processes
are essential. The new ECO Tronic EBS has therefore been equipped with the Trailer Manager to make setting the parameters
child’s play. The special feature of the intelligent software: the additional function Assembly Data Management, is specific to BPW.
This makes it possible to input and read out information specific to the running gear and vehicle. In conjunction with the simplified
system diagnosis, the Trailer Manager provides the best conditions for better planning of repair times and periods in the workshop
and for reducing these to a minimum.

Everything at a glance: simply connect the PC to the ECO Tronic EBS, call up Trailer Manager and information specific to the running gear and vehicle can be downloaded
and servicing and spare parts documents can be called up via the Internet by means of the additional Assembly Data Management function.
Identifying vehicle components can often be a chore. And valuable time is often wasted during servicing by trying to find out where
to obtain a particular spare part in the shortest possible time. Therefore, workshops and service employees will quickly come to appreciate
the additional function of the Trailer Manager, namely Assembly Data Management (ADM), because this function provides a
handy tool for inputting and reading out and managing information specific to the running gear and the vehicle. One look at the ADM
record is all that is needed to clearly identify spare parts. The relevant spare parts and servicing documents can be called up directly
via the BPW Customer-Net at the press of a button. And that ultimately saves valuable time and therefore operating costs.

The Road Condition Monitoring (RCM) is a practical additional function of the Trailer
Analyser function and has been specially developed by BPW for the ECO Tronic EBS.
The profiles of the roads used by your trailers can be recorded and evaluated with the
aid of the software. We are thus providing an ideal diagnostic tool which can also offer
proof of the “onroad-offroad use” of your vehicles. The best preconditions – for example
in the case of tipper trucks which have mainly been used “on road” – for ensuring a
higher resale value.
