VIENNA
Our passion for music is derived from the ambience of our city Vienna – the concerts,
the marvellous sound of the Goldener Musikvereinssaal, the jazz clubs and the dance
clubs. There is no other city for music quite like Vienna, either in the history of the
development of western music or in the ongoing dynamic of live art music performance.
Music is the culture of the city, permeating every aspect of life. Musicians from
around the world flock to Vienna excited by the honor to be able to play in the celebrated
concert halls of this city of music. Vienna Acoustics speakers bear this heritage
in that they are like those great Viennese concert halls, both speaker and hall allow
any style of music to be fully realized. The sound is rich, full, detailed, relaxed and
always unfailingly musical.
At Vienna Acoustics, we have always been fascinated and motivated by the dramatic sound

DESIGNER’S WORK
Peter Gansterer formed Vienna Acoustics in
1989. Peter is a passionate devotee of music
and its reproduction, who came of age in
Vienna, Austria, where he studied acoustical
engineering. Through his studies of the great
concert halls of Vienna, Peter came to understand
the dynamics of live music and, in a
unique case of reverse engineering, develops
loudspeaker designs that uncannily reproduce
that experience.
