Chapter 7 <strong>LANTEK</strong> REPORTER Software Database (Test) View Command Edit Test Select Test Set Operator Find Test Description Modify a test name and details. Select a test in the database view for printing or reporting. Provide details about the operator for the currently selected test. Locate a database test item. Note: In order to activate the Test View, at least one Autotest must be activated in the right main section of the screen. In the left section, the job tree (see Job View) is shown. The View Menu The View menu allows you to hide or display the toolbar or status bar and view. While in database (test) view, select a test and click Test Information to open the Test Information window. 7-7
Chapter 7 <strong>LANTEK</strong> REPORTER Software The Test Summary Information is located at the top of the screen. Command Job Name Customer Test Standard Date Operator Test Instrument Frequency Range NVP Description The name of the job to which this test belongs. The customer for whom the test and job have been performed. The standard used by the handset to perform the test. The date the test was performed. The name of the operator who performed the test. The type and serial number of the instrument used to perform the test. The test frequency range of the tested cable. The Nominal Velocity of Propagation value defined for the cable on which the test was performed. Individual tests can be viewed by double-clicking on a test tab to display stored test results. ‣ A red dot on a test tab indicates one or more tests within the tab failed. ‣ A green dot indicates that all tests within the tab passed. 7-8
