NR Class 57 movements are becoming very difficult to track with all six receiving maintenance at the Works when required. They can and do change around frequently. Five of the six are now completed in yellow, leaving just 57310 to enter the Paintshop (see photos of last three to be painted below). 57301 (above), 57305 (below left) & 57303 (below right), on the 14 th , 20 th & 15 th December respectively 60163 ‘Tornado’ arrived for Christmas stabling on 19 th December and departed on 30 th December. 6
31285 spent over a week based at the Works with the Structure Gauging Train comprising 99666, 975280, 975081, DC460000 and DBSO 9708 from 6 th December (see photos below). Units: 150002 and 150209 departed on 30 th November for St Philips Marsh and further use with FGW (see photo opposite top of its departure). 444029/012/018/017 and 016 have received replacement hydrostatic bushes. London Underground / Isle of Wight: LU Std vehicles L135 (see photo opposite of it being shunted) and PC850 arrived on 5 th December. Class 485 no. 7 and LU Std Trailer PC850 have both been scrapped during December. 7
