of hot galvanized steel and give the plywood box series a long service life. The side 

walls are made from 15 mm multilayer wood with a special plastic coating which, if 

desired, can be covered with corporate advertising for an additional charge.

The plywood single-axle box trailer with its timber and aluminium top impresses 

users thanks to its multifunctional nature. The frame and chassis are made from hot 

galvanized steel and give the single-axle trailer a long life. The side walls are made 

from 15 mm multilayer wood and have a special plastic coating. The designers have 

given each side of the Plywood single-axle box trailer 2 braces made from hot galvanized 

and powder-coated steel. The extra braces are required due to the wooden and 

aluminium cover, which – on single-axle box trailers – replaces the conventional lid. 

The wooden and aluminium cover can be secured with two locks and gives the HKU 

series its special look & feel.

The single-axle sandwich box trailer is an indispensable aid for the protected 

transportation of your goods. The frame and chassis are made from hot galvanized 

steel and give the sandwich box trailer a long life. The floor of the sandwich box 

consists of special multi-bonded, water-resistant wood with a slip-resistant phenol 

resin coating. The structure of the box comprises a 45 mm thick sandwich panel with 

a core made from polyurethane foam with a covering of galvanized, powder-coated 

sheet steel on both sides. Plastic seals mounted on the doors ensure the waterproof 

transportation of your goods.

The single-axle cool trailer for the refrigerated transportation of your goods. The 

frame and chassis are made from hot galvanized steel and give the cool trailer a 

long life. As standard, the cool trailer has four telescopic crank supports attached 

directly to the frame with a special, hot-dip galvanized bracket, thus ensuring 

stability. The floor of the cool trailer consists of two layers of special multi-bonded, 

water-resistant wood with a slip-resistant phenol resin coating. Between these 

layers is a core of hard polyurethane foam.

• Chassis: Easy to load and unload due to low
