Tra-Tens ® Impression Trays 

Perforated Plastic Impression Trays 

TRA-TENS offer excellent mechanical retention and are ideal for alginate 

impressions. A unique tray pattern ensures consistent Impressions and optimum 

convenience. Use of an alginate tray adhesive is not required. Tra-Tens feature 

superior rigidity and optimum retention of impression material to ensure accurate 

impressions first time. They are adjustable, easily shaped with dental instruments or 

low flame to meet special anatomical needs. 

There are six sizes of TRA-TENS, all fully perforated.

Orthodontic Model Moulds 

Do you struggle to make well-finished orthodontic study models? 

Make life easier for yourself. Simply by using these silicone moulds and our 

orthodontic impression trays, orthodontic study models can be made quickly and 

easily, with a minimum of waste and mess. Each set comprises of three different 

sizes corresponding to our small medium and large orthodontic impression trays. 

STEP 1: Trim impression before placing in master mould

STEP 3: Pour plaster into impression, whilst using a vibrating table
