be completed soon. Inspection<br />

of the play ground will be done<br />

by Hinrichs and Crosby. They<br />

will have the results at the next<br />

Board meeting in November.<br />

Letters will be sent to residents<br />

with deliinguent water bills in<br />

the near future. Marian Lenling,<br />

Wanette Lenling came before the<br />

Board requesting a temporary<br />

license for the firemens fund<br />

raiser to be held at the Legion<br />

Hall on October 22, 2011. With<br />

no further business before the<br />

Board a motion to adjourn was<br />

made by Hinrichs and seconded<br />

by Crosby. Motion carried.<br />

Wards and Precincts, by<br />

Amending Chapters 2-2-1, Ward<br />

Boundaries”.<br />

Be it ordained by the City<br />

of <strong>Groton</strong>, that the revised<br />

Ordinances of the City of <strong>Groton</strong>,<br />

2002, Title 2, Boundaries,<br />

Wards and Precincts, is hereby<br />

amended by changing Chapter<br />

2-2 to read as follows:<br />

Chapter 2-2-1 Ward Boundaries<br />

A. First Ward. All of that part<br />

of the City of <strong>Groton</strong> lying west<br />

of the middle line of Main Street<br />

and north of the middle line of<br />

Fourth Avenue as prolonged<br />

to the northern and western<br />

project.<br />
