Miami is the quintessential spot to find art deco architecture in America, but none put on a classier wedding than the Raleigh Hotel. Rent the ballroom and get the views of the famous scalloped pool from its giant windows. The enamel black and orange striped columns are reminiscent of the jazz age but still maintain their simple cool. Stay a few extra days and rent the exclusive “Art Deco Suite” that boasts 580 square feet of historic décor in ocean hues and private beach access. With interior spaces clad in 22 varieties of Italian marble and 63 foot tall ceilings, and meticulously appointed mosaic ceilings that could be in a museum this is truly a place that will impress your guests. Have guests order cocktails through the old bank teller windows. Hang out in the basement’s old vault that once foiled a robbery with its 60 ton door. Skylight One Hanson can accommodate 100 to 500 guests for a dancing and dinner reception.
