As you might have noticed from our cover, then this issue have a few biking related items in it...We can keep writing that you should be biking instead of driving, so we will not do that, instead we have found some great photos that shows the joy of biking in Hawaii. From the elite racers, to the fun riders, to the fixed gear bike community (fixies) - there are always room for one more bicycle, and we are just waiting for the biking revolution to happen. We are hoping one day to see bikes like the ones pictured here as a natural part of traffic in Hawaii, will that be possible?, what do you think?

Waiver and release of liability: In consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I acknowledge<br />
that participation in this event is a test of a person’s physical and mental limits, and<br />
carries with it certain inherent risks, including the potential for serious injury or death<br />
caused by terrain, facilities, weather, the condition of the athletes, vehicular traffic, actions<br />
of other people, including but not limited to participants, volunteers, spectators and<br />
coaches. I understand and agree that I am voluntarily participating in the New Year’s Resolution<br />
Ultra Run & Relay and agree to comply with the rules, regulations and event instructions.<br />
I certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for participation in this<br />
event, and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I, on<br />
behalf of myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, next of kin, successors and assigns,<br />
insurers, and anyone able to claim through, by or under me hereby waive, release<br />
and discharge the Tropical Triple Crown, Kualoa Ranch, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society,<br />
event sponsors, and volunteers, their agents, and other related persons or entities from any<br />
and all liability for my personal injury, disability, death, property damage, property theft or<br />
actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me; I further waive, release and discharge<br />
the aforementioned entities from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of<br />
negligence or carelessness on the part of the parties named in this waiver. I understand<br />
and agree to the use of my name, pictures and/or interviews in association with The Leukemia<br />
& Lymphoma Society for use in broadcast, telecast, advertisements, books, films, videotape<br />
or any other reproduction with no monetary or other consideration to me. IN ADDI-<br />
