Blindnietmuttern sind heute ein unverzichtbarer Bestandteil der Montagetechnik. 

Sie ermöglichen es, Mutterngewinde verschiedenster Ausführungen 

in 

– dünne oder geringfeste Bauteile 

– Hohlprofile oder andere, nicht beidseitig zugängliche Bauteile 

– bereits oberflächenbeschichtete Bauteile 

einzubringen, oder auch Bauteile miteinander zu vernieten und zusätzliche 

Anbauteile zu befestigen. 

Blind rivet nuts have become an indispensable component of installation 

engineering. They make it possible to install bolt threads of highly varied 

designs into 

- thin or low rigidity components 

- hollow sections, or other components not accessible from both sides 

- components which already have a coated surface 

or to rivet components together and to attach additional parts firmly. 

Aujourd'hui, les écrous à sertir en aveugle font partie intégrante des 

techniques de montage et sont incontournables. Ils permettent de

Zum Setzen der Mutter wird diese auf den Gewindedorn des 

Setzwerkzeugs geschraubt, in die Bauteilbohrung eingeführt 

und durch den Gerätehub gesetzt. Dabei bildet sich die 

Schließwulst der Mutter. Nach dem Ausdrehen des 

Gewindedornes können die Bauteile verschraubt werden. 

Für die Montage der Mutter stehen verschiedene Setzwerkzeuge 

zur Verfügung, mit denen der Vorgang rationell ausgeführt 

werden kann. Gewählt werden können muskelkraftbetätigte 

oder auch pneumatisch-hydraulisch betriebene 

Setzwerkzeuge.

Blind rivet nuts are distinguished by simple and rapid installation. 

To set the nut, it is screwed onto the threaded mandrel of the 

setting tool, inserted into the component borehole, and set 

through the device axis. This causes the closing bead of the 

nut to form. After the threaded mandrel is removed, the components 

can be screwed tight. 

For installing the nut, various tools are available with which 

the procedure can sensibly be carried out. Setting tools operated 

by muscle power or by pneumatic hydraulics which 

can be selected.

Pour poser l'écrou, on le visse sur la tige de traction de l'outil 

de pose, on l'introduit ensuite dans le trou ménagé dans le 

support, et on le pose enfin en imprimant une course de 

traction à l'outil de pose. C'est au cours de cette opération 

que se forme le bourrelet de sertissage de l'écrou. On 

dévisse ensuite la tige de traction, et l'écrou est prêt à être 

utilisé. 

Divers outils sont disponibles pour la pose d’écrous à sertir 

en aveugle; ces outils permettent d'exécuter rationnellement 

l'opération. Il est possible de choisir entre des outils de pose 

manuels ou oléo-pneumatiques.

Bei der Oberflächenauswahl ist zu 

beachten, dass die Blindnietmuttern 

beim Setzen einer sehr starken 

Umformung unterliegen. Weiterhin 

darf die Beschichtung die Funktion 

des Gewindes nicht beeinträchtigen. 

Daher sollten vorzugsweise galvanisch 

aufzubringende Schichten (Verzinkung 

etc.) eingesetzt werden. 

In selecting the surface, it should be 

noted that the blind rivet nut is subjected 

to severe deformation in setting. It is 

also important that the coating does 

not impair the function of the thread. It 

is therefore preferable to use coatings 

which are applied by electroplating 

(zincing etc.). 

Pour le choix de la protection, il faut se 

rappeler que les écrous à sertir en 

aveugle subissent une très forte 

déformation lors de la pose. En outre, 

le revêtement ne doit pas compromettre 

la fonction du filetage. Pour cette 

raison, il faudra mettre en œuvre de 

préférence des couches applicables 

par procédé galvanique (électrozingage, 

etc.). 

OBERFLÄCHENVEREDELUNG 

OBERFLÄCHENBESCHICHTUNG FÜR BLINDNIETMUTTERN 

Galvanische Verzinkung 

Die Zinkschicht wird durch galvanische 

Vorgänge auf Blindnietmuttern aus Stahl, 

CuNi- und NiCu-Legierungen aufgebracht. 

Die Schichtdicke sollte min. 3 µm, aber 

nicht mehr als 20 µm betragen. Stahlniete 

werden vorrangig zum Schutz des Blindnietmutternkörpers 

gegen Rostbildung, 

aber auch zur Verringerung der Kontaktkorrosion 

bei z. B. Montage in Aluminiumbauteilen 

verzinkt. Blindnietmuttern aus 

Kupfer-Nickel und Nickel-Kupfer-Legierungen 

werdenvorrangigzurVerbesserung 

des Kontaktkorrosionsverhaltens verzinkt. 

Zink-Nickel-Beschichtung 

Galvanisch aufgebrachte Zink-Nickel-Beschichtungen 

kommen zum Einsatz, wenn 

sehr hohe Anforderungen an die Korrosionsbeständigkeit 

einer Stahlmutter gestellt 

werden. Die Korrosionsbeständigkeit 

erreicht bei identischer Schichtdicke ca. 

500 % der normalen Verzinkung. 

Chromatierung von galvanischen 

Schichten 

Eine Chromatierung galvanisch beschichteter 

Teile erhöht die Korrosionsbeständigkeit. 

Je nach Chromatierungsausführung 

kann die Beständigkeit annähernd verdoppelt 

werden. 

CR(VI)-frei 

Die Mehrzahl unserer Podukte die wir ab 

dem xx.xx.2006 ausliefern entsprechen 

den hohen Anforderungen der ROHS 

(2002/95/EG), der WEEE (2002/96/EG) 

und der Altautoverordnung (2000/53/EG). 

Sie sind frei von Cr(VI), Hg, Cd, Pb, PBB, 

PBDE ect. und somit uneingeschränkt einsetzbar, 

sowohl in der Automobil- als 

auch in der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. 

Die Konformität zu den oben aufgeführen 

Richtlinen ermöglicht unseren Kunden 

eine bedenkenlose Entsorgung der 

Teile am Ende der Produktlebensdauer. 

Eloxierung 

Eloxieren ist eine weitere Form der Beschichtung 

von Aluminiummuttern. Diese 

elektrochemisch aufgebrachte Schicht 

wird zur Erhöhung der Korrosionsbeständigkeit 

der Oberfläche und zur Farbgebung 

genutzt. Die Oberflächenhaftung ist hoch, 

demgegenüber steht aber eine nur begrenzte 

Farbauswahl. 

Mikroschicht-Korrosionsschutz-Systeme 

(MKS) 

MKS-Beschichtungssysteme sind moderne 

Verfahren der Oberflächen-beschichtung 

von Werkstoffen. Sie bieten die 

Möglichkeit, hervorragenden Korrosionsschutz 

mit zusätzlichen Eigenschaften, 

wie z. B. Farbgebung und der Einstellung 

definierter Reibwerte zu kombinieren. 

MKS-Systeme werden den Anforderungen 

entsprechend ausgewählt und den zu beschichtenden 

Teilen angepasst. 

Sie enthalten weder Schwermetalle noch 

umweltschädigende Chemikalien. 

Weit verbreitet ist der Einsatz in der Automobilindustrie 

– von uns verwendete 

MKS-Systeme sind frei von sechswertigem 

Chrom.

SURFACE COATING FOR THREATED INSERTS 

Electrogalvanizing 

Through galvanic processes, the zinc coat 

is applied to rivet nuts made from steel, 

CuNi and NiCU alloys. The thickness of 

the layer should be at least 3 µm, but it 

should not exceed 20 µm. Whilst the main 

reason for galvanizing steel rivet nuts consists 

in protection of the rivet body against 

rust formation, it is also applied for thepurposes 

of reducing contact erosion e.g. when 

there is assembly in aluminium components. 

Copper-nickel rivet nuts and rivet 

nuts made from nickel-copper alloys are 

primarily coated in order to improve their 

contact corrosion performance. 

Zinc-nickel coating 

Zinc-nickel coats that are applied by 

means of galvanization are primarily used 

when there are extremely high demands 

with regard to the corrosion resistance of a 

steel rivet nut. Whilst the layer thickness 

itself remains the same, the corrosion resistance 

reaches 500% of the value that 

would be achieved for conventional galvanization. 

Chromating of electroplated 

layers 

Chromating of electroplated parts further 

enhances corrosion resistance. Depending 

on the chromating process, resistance 

performance can be almost doubled. 

CR (VI) free 

Most of the products which we deliver 

since xx.xx.2006 agree with the high 

requirement of the ROHS (2002/ 95/EG), 

the WEEE (2002/96/EG) and the end of 

life vehicles directive (2002/53/EG). They 

are free of Cr (VI), Hg. Cd, Pb, PBB, 

PBDE ect. and consequently unrestricted 

applicable for the automotive as well as for 

the electrical and electronics industry. The 

conformance refer to the above noted customs 

and practise which enabled the customer 

one unscrupulously disposal at the 

end of the product life. 

Anodic oxidation 

Anodic oxidation or eloxy coating is one 

further method for aluminium rivet nut 

coating. This coat which is applied through 

an electrochemical process is used for 

colour and in order to enhance corrosion 

resistance of the surface and for colour 

purposes. Whilst the surface bond is high, 

the colour range provides but a limited 

choice. 

Microlayer corrosion 

protection systems (MKS) 

Microlayer corrosion protection systems 

stand for state of the art procedures in 

material surface coating. They allow combining 

excellent corrosion protection with 

additional properties like, for instance, 

colour schemes and the implementation of 

predefined coefficients of frictions. MKS 

systems are selected on the basis of the 

specific requirements and they are customised 

with a view to the components that 

need to be coated. 

They contain neither heavy metals nor 

environmentally harmful chemicals. MKS 

systems are widely used in the automotive 

industry - the MKS systems we use are 

free from hexavalent chromium. 

REVETEMENTS DE SURFACE POUR ECROUS A SERTIR EN AVEUGLE 

Zingage électrolytique 

La couche de zinc est appliquée sur des 

écrous à sertir en aveugle en acier selon 

des techniques de galvanisation diverses. 

L'épaisseur du revêtement doit être d'au 

moins 3 µm mais ne doit pas dépasser 

20 µm. Les écrous à sertir en aveugle en 

acier sont zingués pour empêcher la 

formation de rouille sur le corps et pour 

réduire la corrosion de contact en cas de 

montage dans des pièces en aluminium. 

Revêtement zinc-nickel 

La protection zinc-nickel est utilisée 

lorsqu'un écrou à sertir en aveugle en 

acier doit faire preuve d'une très grande 

tenue à la corrosion correspondant à 

environ 500 % de celle obtenue pour un 

zingage normal avec du zinc pur et une 

même épaisseur de couche. 

Chromatation de couches 

galvanisées 

La chromatation de pièces galvanisées 

augmente la tenue à la corrosion. 

Suivant le type de chromatation, celle-ci 

peut même être quasiment doublée. 

Protection sans chrome VI 

Tous les produits que nous livrerons à partir 

du xx.xx.xx seront conformes aux prescriptions 

des directives européennes ROHS 

(2002/95/EG), WEE (2002/96/EG) et (2000/ 

53/EG). Ils ne contiendront pas de Cr(VI), 

Hg, Cd,Pb, PBB,PBDE, etc. et pourront 

donc être utilisés dans les domaines 

électrotechniques et électroniques. La 

conformité aux directives ci-dessus permettra 

le recyclage en fin de vie des produits. 

Anodisation 

L'anodisation est une autre forme de 

revêtement des écrous à sertir en aveugle 

en aluminium. Cette couche appliquée par 

un procédé électrochimique améliore la 

résistance à la corrosion de la surface 

mais aussi son aspect grâce à 

l'incorporation de pigments de couleur. La 

tenue de la protection aux diverses 

agressions atmosphériques est grande, 

par contre, le choix des couleurs est limité. 

Systèmes microcouche de 

protection anticorrosion 

Les systèmes microcouche de protection 

anticorrosion sont des procédés modernes 

pour le revêtement de la surface des 

matériaux. Ils permettent de prévoir un 

coefficient de frottement adéquat et 

garantissent une excellente protection 

anticorrosion. Parmi les propriétés 

additionnelles figure la coloration. Ces 

systèmes microcouche sont choisis en 

fonction des performances demandées et 

adaptés aux pièces à revêtir. Ils sont 

respectueux de l'environnement puisqu'ils 

ne contiennent ni métaux lourds, ni produits 

chimiques polluants. Leur utilisation est 

très fréquente dans le domaine de 

l'industrie automobile.

une tête affleurante, le fraisage du trou n'est

Zur Messung des Anziehdrehmomentes wird die zu prüfende 

Mutter in eine Prüfplatte gesetzt, eine verdrehgesicherte Stahl- 

Unterlegscheibe aufgelegt und die Schraube angezogen. 

Bei der Prüfung gelten folgende Bedingungen: 

Prüfplatte 

Baustahl – unbeschichtet,trocken, fett 

frei, Dicke ca. max. Klemmlänge der 

Mutter 

Bauteilbohrung Nennmaß des Mutternschaftes + 0,2 mm 

Maschinenschraube geölt, Festigkeitsklasse min. 8.8 

Angegeben wird der unter den definierten Bedingungen gemessene 

minimale Wert bis zum Versagen der Mutter. Als Versagen 

gilt das Mitdrehen der Mutter bzw. die deutlich erkennbare plastische 

Umformung der Blindnietmutter. 

Im praktischen Einsatz gelten teilweise abweichende Einsatzbedingungen, 

die zu einer Änderung der Drehmomente führen 

können. Wir empfehlen daher generell eine Überprüfung im 

konkreten Einzelfall. 

To measure the screwing torque, the nut to be tested is set into 

a test plate, a torsionally secured steel underlay plate superimposed, 

and the screw tightened 

The following conditions apply for the test: 

inspection plate of construction steel - uncoated, dry, greasefree, 

thickness c. max. grip length of the nut 

component borehole nominal dimension of the nut shaft

Pour mesurer le couple de serrage, on pose l'écrou sur une 

plaque d'essai, on interpose une rondelle en acier bloquée en 

rotation puis on serre la vis. 

Les conditions suivantes régissent l'essai : 

Plaque d'essai en acier de construction, sèche, exempte de 

graisse, d'une épaisseur correspondant approximativement à 

l'épaisseur à sertir maximum de l'écrou 

Alésage ménagé dans la pièce: cote nominale du fût de 

l'écrou +0,2 mm 

Vis d'assemblage huilée, classe de qualité 8.8 

La valeur indiquée est la valeur minimum mesurée dans des 

conditions définies jusqu'à la défaillance de l'écrou. Il faut 

entendre par défaillance le fait que l'écrou se mette lui-même à 

tourner ou qu'apparaisse une déformation plastique clairement 

reconnaissable de l'écrou à sertir. 

En situation pratique, les conditions de mise en œuvre déviant 

en partie de ce qui précède, peuvent conduire à une modification 

des couples. Pour cette raison, nous recommandons d'une 

manière générale une vérification dans les conditions de 

l’application. 

Under the defined conditions, the result will be the minimum 

value measured before failure of the nut. Rotation of the nut 

counts as failure, as does recognisable plastic deformation of 

the blind rivet nut. 

In practical use, partially different usage conditions may apply 

which can lead to an alteration of the tightening torques. We 

there recommend in general an examination of each specific 

individual case.

Die axiale Zugkraft wird mit der Prüfvorrichtung der 

DIN EN ISO 14589 ermittelt. 

Im Unterschied zur Blindnietprüfung wird die Mutter 

in eine Stahl-Unterlegscheibe eingenietet. Diese 

wird auf die Einsatzbuchse aufgelegt; dann werden 

beide Teile der Vorrichtung miteinander verschraubt. 

Bei der Prüfung gelten folgende Bedingungen: 

– Prüfvorrichtung nach DIN EN ISO 14589 

– Umformgeschwindigkeit ca. 10 mm/min. 

– Festigkeitsklasse der Schraube min. 8.8 

– Zugrichtung gegen den Schließkopf der Mutter 

Angegeben wird der unter den genannten 

Bedingungen gemessene minimale Wert bis zum 

Versagen der Mutter. Als Versagen gilt Gewindeausriss 

oder Schließwulstabriss an der Mutter. 

Die angegebenen Werte sind als Richtwerte für die 

Auslegung der Verbindungsstelle anzusehen. Im 

praktischen Einsatz gelten in der Regel abweichende 

Einsatzbedingungen, die zu einer Änderung der 

Versagensart und der Kräfte führen können. Wir 

empfehlen daher generell den Tragfähigkeitstest im 

konkreten Einzelfall. 

The axial tensile force is determined with the 

testing device stipulated in DIN EN ISO 14589. 

Unlike the blind rivet test, the nut is riveted into a 

steel washer. This is placed on the bush insert and 

the two parts of the device are screwed together. 

The following conditions have validity during the test: 

- Testing device in accordance with DIN EN ISO 

14589 

- Forming speed approx. 10 mm/min. 

- Min. property class of the screw 8.8 

- Direction of traction against the closing head of 

the nut 

The minimum values measured under the stipulated 

conditions until the nut fails. Failures are deemed to 

be the tearing out of the thread or the tearing off of 

the closing head of the nut. 

The stated values are to be seen as being standard 

values for the design of the splice. In practical use, it 

is normally the case that there are deviating conditions 

of use which can result in changes being made 

to the type of failure and the forces. We therefore 

generally recommend that a bearing test be carried 

out in certain individual cases. 

L’effort de traction axial est déterminé par le dispositif 

de test de la DIN EN ISO 14589. 

A la différence du test du rivet aveugle, l'écrou à 

sertir est serti sur une rondelle d'acier. Celle-ci est 

mise sur la douille support, puis les deux pièces du 

dispositif sont vissées ensemble. 

Les conditions suivantes sont appliquées pour le 

test: 

- dispositif de test conforme à la DIN EN ISO 

14589 

- vitesse de déformation d'environ 10 mm/min 

- classe de qualité de la vis de minimum 8.8 

- direction de poussée contre la tête de 

fermeture de l'écrou 

La valeur minimale, mesurée en fonction des 

conditions mentionnées ci-dessus, est saisie jusqu'à 

la défaillance de l'écrou. L'arrachage du filetage ou 

la rupture de la tête de fermeture sont considérés 

comme une défaillance de l'écrou. 

Les valeurs données doivent être considérées 

comme des valeurs indicatives pour la conception 

de l'assemblage. Dans la pratique, les conditions de 

l'application peuvent différer et conduire à des 

valeurs différentes. Aussi nous recommandons de 

réaliser un test dans les conditions de l'application.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 

CONSIGNES DE POSE 

Um eine einwandfreie Funktion der Blindnietmuttern 

zu gewährleisten, sollten die nachfolgend aufgeführten 

Punkte beachtet werden: 

• Blindnietmuttern bis zur vollständigen Schliesskopfbildung 

setzen 

• Gewindedorn muß nach dem Setzen leicht 

ausschraubbar sein 

• Montage rechtwinklig zur Bauteiloberfläche 

• Blindnietmuttern mit Standardsenkkopf sind mit 

leichtem Überstand zu versenken 

• bei Einsatz von Blindnietmuttern mit kleinem Senkkopf 

(z.B. FLATSERT) ist eine Ansenkung der 

Bohrung in der Regel nicht erforderlich 

• bei Blindnietmuttern ohne zusätzliche formschlüssige 

Verdrehsicherung müssen die Bauteiloberflächen 

trocken, sauber und fettfrei sein 

• vorgegebene Bauteilbohrungen sind einzuhalten; 

übergroße Bohrungen führen zu Problemen beim 

Drehmoment und bei der Tragfähigkeit 

In order to guarantee correct functioning of the blind 

rivet nut, the points listed in the following should be 

noted: 

Pour garantir que les écrous à sertir en aveugle 

fonctionneront parfaitement, il faut tenir compte des 

points indiqués ci-dessus: 

• Poser les écrous à sertir en aveugle jusqu'à la 

formation complète du bourrelet de sertissage. 

• Après la pose, la tige de traction de l'outil de pose 

doit être facile à dévisser. 

• L'outil de pose doit être tenu perpendiculaire à la 

surface du support. 

• Les écrous à sertir en aveugle présentant une tête 

fraisée standard devront être noyés en laissant 

une légère saillie (0,1 mm). 

• En cas d'emploi d'écrous à sertir en aveugle à tête 

affleurante (par ex. FLATSERT), le chanfreinage 

de l'alésage ne sera en règle générale pas 

nécessaire et doit être évité. 

• Avec les écrous à sertir en aveugle ne présentant 

pas de sécurité anti-rotation supplémentaire par 

complémentarité de formes, il faudra que les 

surfaces des composants soient sèches, propres 

et dégraissées. 

• Les caractéristiques spécifiées des alésages dans 

les supports devront être respectées: les alésages 

surdimensionnés créent des problèmes au niveau 

du couple de rotation et de la perpendicularité.

• Die IFAC-Blindmuttern werden aus Nylon AP 100 hergestellt. 

Nylon AP 100 ist das härteste bekannte Ausgangspolyamid und 

besitzt deshalb in der Reihe der Polyamide die besten mechanischen 

Eigenschaften. 

• Der Schmelzpunkt liegt bei 255 °C, wodurch die IFAC-Blindmutter 

höheren Temperaturen standhält. Nylon ist übrigens ein aus 

gezeichneter Wärmeisolator. 

• Nylon AP 100 zeichnet sich, von seltenen Ausnahmen abgesehen, 

durch eine gute chemische Beständigkeit aus. Es verhält 

sich sehr gut gegenüber Ölen und Fetten, petroleumhaltigen 

Produkten (Kraftstoff, Lackbenzin …), Ketonen (Acetone, Methyläthylketon 

…), gewissen Kohlenwasserstoffen, Alkoholen 

(Glykol, Glyzerin), Ester, Äther und gewöhnlichen Lösungsmitteln. 

• The IFAC blind nuts are made of nylon AP 100. Nylon AP 100 

is the hardest known initial polyamide and therefore has the best 

mechanical properties of all polyamides. 

• The melting point amounts to 255 °C, so that the IFAC blind nut 

is able to withstand higher temperatures. Nylon is an excellent 

thermal insulator. 

• Nylon AP 100 is characterised by a good chemical resistance, 

except for seldom exceptions. It has a very good behaviour 

towards oils and greases, products containing petroleum (fuel, 

varnish gas …), ketones (acetone, methyl ethyl ketone …), 

certain hydrocarbons, alcohols (glycol, glycerine), ester, ether 

and standard solvents. 

• Les écrous aveugles IFAC sont fabriqués en Nylon AP 100. Le 

Nylon AP 100 est le plus dur des polyamides connus et possède 

donc des qualités mécaniques supérieures à celles des autres 

polyamides.

RIFBOLT ® - Goujons à sertir en aveugle 

RIFBOLT ® blind rivet threaded bolts consist of a 

sleeve and a screw. The two components become 

joined together by welding. 

The reason for the availability of blind rivet threaded 

bolts of steel and stainless lies in the necessary welding. 

Other material combinations cannot be so securely 

joined together. 

Blind rivet threaded bolts are principally worked in the 

same way as blind rivet nuts. It is only necessary to 

replace the threaded mandrels of the setting device 

with threaded sleeves (interior threads). 

The setting device height should be set for this purpose 

such that the closing bead forms at the welding 

points. A greater height can lead to breakage of the 

weld points and thus to failure of the RIFBOLT ® . 

RIFBOLT ® -Blindnietgewindebolzen bestehen aus 

einer Hülse und einer Schraube. Beide Komponenten 

werden durch Verschweißen miteinander verbunden. 

Die Verfügbarkeit von Blindnietgewindebolzen aus 

Stahl und Edelstahl liegt in der notwendigen Verschweissung 

begründet. Andere Materialkombinationen 

lassen sich nicht funktionssicher miteinander verbinden. 

Blindnietgewindebolzen werden prinzipiell wie Blindnietmuttern 

verarbeitet; lediglich die Gewindedorne 

der Setzgeräte sind gegen Gewindehülsen (Innengewinde) 

auszutauschen. 

Der Setzgerätehub ist dabei soweit einzustellen, dass 

die Schließwulstbildung bis an die Schweisspunkte 

erfolgt. Ein größerer Hub kann zu einem Abriss der 

Schweisspunkte und somit zu einem Versagen des 

RIFBOLT ® führen.

des douilles taraudées (à filet intérieur). 

Il faut régler la course de l'appareil de pose de telle 

sorte que la formation du bourrelet de sertissage 

arrive jusqu'aux points de soudure. Une course plus 

importante peut provoquer une déchirure des points 

de soudure et donc une défaillance du RIFBOLT ® .

Die folgenden Werte sind Ergebnisse unserer eigenen Tests. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass wir für die Zerreißtests und Anzug- 

Drehmomentprüfungen Unterlegscheiben aus Stahl benutzt haben, um darin die Komponente, an der der RIFBOLT ® befestigt 

ist, zu simulieren. Für Abschertests haben wir gehärtete Laufbuchsen benutzt. Alle Werte sind das Ergebnis von Zerstörungsprüfungen, 

daher müssen alle Werte von Ihrem Kunden unter realen Bedingungen und mit den echten Komponenten überprüft

Drehmomentprüfungen Unterlegscheiben aus Stahl benutzt haben, um darin die Komponente, an der der RIFBOLT ® befestigt 

ist, zu simulieren. Für Abschertests haben wir gehärtete Laufbuchsen benutzt. Alle Werte sind das Ergebnis von Zerstörungsprüfungen, 

daher müssen alle Werte von Ihrem Kunden unter realen Bedingungen und mit den echten Komponenten überprüft 

werden. Wir haben RIFBOLT ® M5x3015 / M6x3015 / M8x3015 geprüft, die Ergebnisse gelten auch für alle anderen RIFBOLT ® 

Stahl - Flachkopf-/Ausführungen.

Die Anforderung, Blindnietmuttern bzw. Blindnietgewindebolzen 

verdrehsicher in Bauteile setzen zu können, erfordert den Einsatz 

von Sechskantlöchern. 

Da das Stanzen bzw. nachträgliches Einbringen von Sechskantlöchern 

durchaus problematisch ist, wurde das Vorsatzgerät 

HEXAFIT entwickelt. 

Die Einsatzgebiete dieses Vorsatzgerätes sind vielfältig. Es kann 

sowohl zur Nacharbeit wie auch in der Serienproduktion eingesetzt 

werden. 

Die Bedienung des Vorsatzgerätes HEXAFIT ist ebenfalls sehr einfach. 

Es ist an jedes pneumatisch-hydraulische Gerät aus der 

VNG-Reihe der Firma Honsel adaptierbar. 

Das Vorsatzgerät HEXAFIT ist werkseitig mit einem Sechskant- 

Zugdorn und Mundstück nach Wahl ausgestattet.

Our riveting devices are designed with a view to one-shift operations
