Founded in 1917, Leuchtturm ( Lighthouse) can look back on over 90 years of experience
in the production of high-quality stationery. The company was re-established in Hamburg
in 1948. From the 1960s, Leuchtturm’s international expansion continued apace, culminating
in the company becoming the world’s leading supplier of postage stamp and coin
albums. Axel and Max Stürken took over management at the end of the 1990s as the
fourth generation to head the traditional Hanseatic family-run company.
Experience and consistency are important requirements for quality. Quality gives ideas
a solid foundation on which they can develop. We are convinced that small details can
make a big difference.

All our notebooks have a three-page, blank table of contents at
the front. All pages in the main section, whether lined, squared,
dotted or blank, are consecutively numbered.
Ruled
Lines with a spacing of 6 mm lines is available in all sizes.
The lightweight version of the large Master notebook, the
‘Slim Master’, also has five-millimetre spacing plus a margin
for comments. Our classic in Master size features generous
spacing of 8.5 mm on 233 pages and of course you will
also find a margin with space for comments.
Squared
Available in all sizes and versions: squared with precise
5 mm x 5 mm boxes. For calculations, tables and drawings.
The notebooks in Master size also come with a margin.
dotted
This ruling combines the advantages of lines, squares and a
clean blank page.
DOTTED
The essence of the three above rulings: Dots with 5 mm
spacing providing guidelines for writing, creating tables
and drawings and are so discrete that you could almost
think the pages are blank.
PLAIN
Clear, white pages. No margin, no date. Simply features the
page number in the bottom corner. Every plain notebook also
includes a lined and squared guide sheet.

MASTER NOTEBOOK
The Master Classic features 233 numbered pages. For those who loved our Classic, but found
it too heavy to carry around on a daily basis, we have created the Master Slim. With 121 numbered
pages, this notebook still offers plenty of room for notes, but is only half as heavy as the
Master Classic.

Master
These notebooks are where it all began. The Master Classic was created as we were pondering
over the perfect notebook. This notebook features page numbers and a contents
page so that you can find your thoughts again, make connections between them, and
reflect upon them. We include a strip of sticky labels for the spine and the title, because
nobody would simply throw away a notebook filled with ideas and memories. This way
these invaluable books can be organised to give a good overview and make the information
you want readily available. We designed the Master Classic to be the ideal everyday
office notebook, used for projects and practical for students. We created it slightly larger
than A4 so that the many photocopies, printouts and templates of a busy day at work can
be placed easily into the folded pocket or between the pages without getting damaged.
In addition, we also equipped the Master with strong 100 g/m² paper.
The book is thread-bound, allowing the pages to open all the way. The last eight pages
are perforated, in case you ever need to pass a note on to someone else.
Even the ruling in the Master notebook is something special. The lined and squared notebooks
are the only editions to feature a margin for comments and cross referencing. The width of
ruling in the lined Master Classic is a generous 8 mm. The lines in the Master Slim, reduced by
several pages, are 6 mm apart.

MEDIUM and POCKET
LEUCHTTURM1917 notebooks are, of course, also available in a handy Pocket size. The Medium
is still large enough for thorough note-taking. Opened up, a double page is the right size for A4
photocopies. The Pocket size at 90 mm is just the right width to make it easy to get in and out of
your jacket inside pocket or handbag.

Two very different, yet both classic, colours have made it into our selection: orange and navy.
The ORANGE is a classic, modern, bright orange. Orange is a modern
statement of clarity. You can never lose it.
NAVY is perhaps the most elegant and timeless of colours. This dark navy

Address Books
Just like the notebooks: write in them, cross out, rub out. You can attach business cards or stick in
address labels or use company stamps in them. An address book with character and a perfect
memory. Two formats in a tried and tested layout: alphabetical index, elastic band fastener,
pocket in the cover as well as space on the front and spine for labelling.

The displays are built as a modular system where you can simply add or take away individual
modules to archieve the desired height of the spinner. As well as notebooks and planners,
springback binders and photo turn-bar binders and their inserts can also be perfectly
displayed in the unit. As the name implies, the units can rotate and each module comes with

The PEN LOOP diSPLAy
Customers do not actively look for the pen loop. However, when pen
loops are displayed, they sell well. This display has been designed to
present the pen loop effectively in the smallest possible amount of
space. This can be done at the till, for example, so that every customer
who buys a notebook or planner is offered the pen loop as well.
The display has three sections, each taking ten pen loop blisters. It
is child’s play to set up. You can order the display for free when you
buy two packaging units of pen loops. Simply note down the product
