Claim the required license. GbE Port Backup Port Active Redundancy switch has taken place Check primary port Management Packets Reached Rate Limit Management packets may drop because rate is reaching its limit. Check non-video traffic on the GbE port SFP Communication Error Instable communication with the SFP module 1. Verify that the SFP module is mounted properly 2. Replace SFP 3. Reset unit 4. If problem persists, call Customer Support GbE Card Exceeding Max Sockets The number of incoming streams exceeds the allowed limit. Check the source. Extraction Buffer Overflow Extraction descriptor FIFO overrun. Check PSI bit rate. GbE Management Rx Failure Management traffic buffer overload resulting in management packets loss. Check the bit rate of the management packets. GbE Management Tx Failure Detecting problems when trying to transmit management data 1. Reset unit. 2. If problem persists, call Customer Support. TS Out Traffic on Invalid TS* The input traffic points to an invalid output. Check source and QAM mapping. Missing PSIP Configuration for TS PSIP is enabled and there is no PSIP configuration for the services. Services are transmitted with default PSIP configuration. Check PSIP configuration for correct service ID indication RF Port Nearing Temperature Out of Range The upconverter's temperature is almost out of the allowed temperature range: (0°C to 70°C). Check for proper operation of the cooling fans. Make sure that air inlets in the device's front panel are clean. To prevent service interruption on adjacent QAM channels, both RF ports of the module has been shut-off. 1. Replace the affected module. 2. Call Customer Support. DTI port DTI Port Link Down DTI port lost connection with the DTI server Check DTI cable. CAS Privacy Mode ECM Nearing Expiration ECM is about to expire. Update PM ECM via MCT. DVB CAS SCS ECMG Connection Failure Connection to the ECMG has failed and services may not be encrypted properly • Check link of Ethernet port 2 • Check ECMG definitions in the web client. Make sure all parameters match the properties of the CAS system in use. PID Range Backup Source Active No One of the backup sockets is activated Check source License License Expires in 24 hours License will expire in the next 24 hours. Add and request a new license. License Expires in 72 hours License will expire in the next 72 hours. Add and request a new license. Redundancy No Heartbeat on Eth1* Standby device does not receive Heartbeat messages from Eth1 of Active device. Check Ethernet connection.
