Key aspects<br />
i) Support for the development of each productive project must be provided by means of<br />
analyzing risk conditions and avoiding the construction of productive infrastructure in zones<br />
of non-mitigatable risk.<br />
ii) Actions focused on women must be prioritized (with emphasis on expectant women, heads<br />
of household, etc.).<br />
iii) The housing design should include a space devoted to economic activities.<br />
iv) Training of men and women to carry out new activities during their stay in temporary housing<br />
until they are offered permanent housing.<br />
