本 次 竞 价 的 有 关 保 证 金 说 明 如 下 :
1、 竞 买 人 须 为 与 竞 买 标 的 相 适 应 资 质 的 企 事 业 单 位 或 个 人 , 提 交 相 关 文 件 或 身 份 证 明 。
2、 为 了 保 障 买 卖 双 方 利 益 , 防 止 恶 意 竞 标 和 违 约 行 为 的 出 现 , 参 与 此 次 竞 价 的 所 有 竞 买 人
必 须 交 纳 保 证 金 人 民 币 叁 万 元 整 ; 保 证 金 必 须 于 拍 卖 开 始 前 支 付 至 如 下 账 户 。

4、 竞 价 结 束 后 , 如 竞 买 人 没 有 买 到 任 何 标 的 , 我 司 将 在 公 布 竞 价 结 果 后 的 一 周 内 将 保 证 金
全 额 退 还 给 竞 买 人 。
5、 如 有 下 列 情 况 发 生 , 保 证 金 将 不 予 退 还 。
- 在 竞 价 过 程 中 恶 意 竞 标
- 在 竞 价 确 认 后 , 单 方 面 撤 标
- 在 规 定 期 限 内 未 能 支 付 买 家 佣 金 或 货 款
- 以 及 任 何 破 坏 或 扰 乱 竞 价 过 程 的 行 为 , 包 括 不 遵 守 买 家 须 知 中 的 条 款
6、 交 纳 保 证 金 并 不 代 表 已 经 建 立 买 卖 合 同 。
7、 高 富 拍 卖 ( 上 海 ) 有 限 公 司 对 此 声 明 有 最 终 解 释 权 。

Deposit Terms & Conditions
1. Bidder must be either a legal entity or individual. Relevant documents may be required to
prove identification.
2. A refundable deposit of USD 5, 000 is required for this sale. The deposit must be paid to
the following bank account prior to the start of the auction.

3. GoIndustry DoveBid will issue a receipt upon receiving of the deposit.
4. If the bidder failed to win any lot in a sale, GoIndustry DoveBid would refund the deposit in
five working days after the announcement of the sale result.
5. The deposit would be confiscated, if any of the following situations applied:
- Collusion during the bidding process;
- Bidder unilaterally withdraws bid after the bid is accepted;
- Bidder fails to make payment in time;
- Any other misbehavior during the bidding process, including violation to the stated T&Cs.
6. Paying the deposit does not imply or form any part of a sales contract.
7. GoIndustry DoveBid (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has the final interpretation of the
above-mentioned Terms & Conditions.
