VENUE<br />
<strong>SAUDI</strong> <strong>TRANSTEC</strong> will take place at the Dhahran<br />
International Exhibitions Center (DIEC) located in the Eastern<br />
Province in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Dammam. Located<br />
1 hour drive from Kuwait, Bahrain, and 30 - 45 minutes travel<br />
from Qatar and the U.A.E. via airplane, it is easily accessible.<br />
The Center is the most modern purpose-built exhibition facility<br />
in Eastern Saudi Arabia, with room for extra large exhibits in<br />
two exhibition halls. The entire building is fully air conditioned.<br />
DIEC offers an open exhibition area of 10,000 square meters<br />
without restrictions, plus adjacent car parking facilities for<br />
more than 1,000 vehicles.<br />

Entry Visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<br />
Entry Visas are required <strong>by</strong> everyone entering Saudi Arabia,<br />
except nationals of GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.<br />
All persons visiting Saudi Arabia must be in possession of<br />
a passport valid for at least six months after their expected<br />
arrival to the country.<br />

Visiting the <strong>SAUDI</strong> <strong>TRANSTEC</strong> Exhibition is free of charge, and<br />
you can either register upon your arrival onsite or in advance<br />
<strong>by</strong> filling in the online Visitor Registration Form. If you register<br />
online you will avoid queuing at the entrance. You can then<br />
collect your entrance badge at the Registered Visitors Desk at<br />
the entrance of the Exhibition Hall.<br />

Arabia’s Transport, Materials Handling and Logistics sectors<br />
will be launched to attract the widest qualified attendance<br />
