Van Dooyeweert has graduated from Delft Technical University<br />
Architecture Faculty of Building Engineering at 1999. He served<br />
as Director of Commercial Department in Multi Development<br />
Corporation from 1999 to 2004. Van Dooyeweert has become<br />
Commercial Director of Multi Turkmall Istanbul - Joint venture<br />
with Multi Development. From 2006 to 2012 he was the Managing<br />
Director of Redevco Turkey. Since September 2012 Redevco Turkey<br />
operations and shopping centers were taken over by Qubicon<br />
which is an international real estate company established in Istanbul,<br />
Turkey, and which is an affiliate of real estate funds managed by<br />
the BLACKSTONE Group currently he is continuing his career as the<br />
Managing Partner of Qubicon.<br />
Pd combines all value creation levies for the investment,<br />
development and long term center management in one company.<br />
With its own architectural, construction management, leasing,<br />
development, center management, investment and financing<br />
departments it provides all services needed to create and manage<br />
institutional quality shopping centers. Philipp von Wilmowsky held<br />
MD positions with a leading European development and center<br />
management company as well as with a leading European open<br />
ended fund management company before he joined pd Turkey.<br />

buildings among others. ECE is active in 16 countries, has a current<br />
construction and planning volume of € 4 billion, manages 185 SC<br />
on 6 million sqm sales area. ECE Türkiye - the Turkish subsidiary of<br />
ECE Group, established in 2000 - is developing, planning, realizing,<br />
leasing out and managing large-scale shopping center projects in<br />
Turkey. The company currently operates 11 SC and has projects under<br />

centers. Yagmur holds his BSc in Civil Engineering, and MBA degrees<br />
from M.E.T.U.. He is a qualified member of RICS since 2008.<br />
He has developed his expertise in real estate development and<br />
finance through his career in prominent banks and real estate<br />
