Batuhan Tarkan, since 2011, is the Project Development Manager
of Anadolu Gayrimenkul, which is the real estate development
and investment company of Anadolu Group. Prior to Anadolu
Gayrimenkul, he worked 2 years in TSKB Real Estate, where he had led
the consultancy and brokerage activities of several top companies of
Turkey. Before TSKB Real Estate, Mr.Tarkan has worked for Kuzeybatı
Real Estate and he took responsibilities in consultancy, brokerage and
investment departments. Mr.Tarkan has developed skills in real estate
development, investment & acqusation.
Mr.Tarkan also holds a bachelor degree in Urban Planning and MSc in
Real Estate Development.
Cüneyt has studied politics in Turkey and economics in Germany.
Globe is investor and investment partner of international investors,
who invest in single properties, individual property items, portfolios
or developments in Turkey and Europe. Either Globe invest in own
investments completely alone or participate jointly in selected
property investments with private or institutional investors. Globe is
active in Property Development, Investment and Equity Partnerships.
Globe is looking for development and income producing assets.
Globe head office is in Zurich and offices in Munich and Istanbul.
Over the last years, Globe Group was involved in property
transactions over EUR 1,5 billion.

Mr. Arda Tasarkan is a graduate from Wichita State University (United
States) with a degree of International Business and Economics and
University of Barcelona with a degree of Business Administration. In
addition, he has a MBA degree from University of Munich. He started
his career in Amway Corporation as a Country Manager in Argentina.
After, he moved to Turkey in 1999 and he worked for Turkcell and
Aygaz (Koç Holding) as a International Business Developer in CIS
and Russia. In 2006, he joint Ece Turkey as a Business Development
Director. Since the beginning of 2012 he is a Business Development
Director at CEFIC TURKEY. He is a member of ICSC and AYD (Turkish
Council of Shopping Centers).
Alper Tatas, Director Development of ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş.
joined the company in 2006. ECE Group is an investor and a service
provider company of a wide range of projects including shopping
centers, offices, traffic and industrial buildings among others. ECE
is active in 16 countries, has a current construction and planning
volume of € 4 billion, manages 185 SC on 6 million sqm sales area.
ECE Türkiye - the Turkish subsidiary of ECE Group, established in
2000 - is developing, planning, realizing, leasing out and managing
large-scale shopping center projects in Turkey. The company
currently operates 11 SC and has projects under development and/or
construction stage in different cities.
