Mr. Robert S. Shumake is the Chief Executive Officer of Inheritance<br />
Capital Group (ICG); a Michigan based private equity real estate<br />
investment and development firm. ICG manages nearly 3 million<br />
square feet and $200 million dollar real estate portfolio. Mr. Shumake<br />
invests, manages and develops commercial and residential real<br />
estate. Mr. Shumake has implemented policies and funding strategies<br />
to raise capital for small businesses, mortgage loans, commercial<br />
leasing and specialized financing. Mr. Shumake has over fifteen years<br />

Haluk Sur is Chairman of Emlak Konut GYO. Mr. Sur is a senior real<br />
estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the Turkish<br />
market. Prior to joining Emlak Konut GYO, Mr Sur was the chairman<br />
of Paladin <strong>Real</strong>ty. Prior to that he was a member of the executive<br />
committee of Ihlas Holdings (1992-1997) and the CEO of Ihlas REIT<br />
(1997-2006), one of the first publicly listed real estate investment<br />
trusts (REITs) in Turkey. Mr. Sur was appointed Chairman of the Turkish<br />
council of the Urban Land <strong>Institute</strong> (ULI) in 2007. He was also the<br />
co-founder of GYODER, Turkey’s real estate industry association,<br />
where he served as Vice Chairman in 2004 and Chairman from 2005<br />

Mr. Özcan Tahincioğlu is the Chairman and CEO of Tahincioğlu<br />
Holding, which operates in various sectors such as manufacturing,<br />
construction, real-estate development, agriculture, energy and<br />
finance. Mr. Tahincioğlu is also the Chairman of the Board of<br />
Directors of Kent Gida , which is a subsidiary of Kraft Foods, and the<br />
largest sugar confectionery company in Turkey. Additionally, Mr.<br />
Tahincioglu is the Chairman of Etkin Yatırım Holding, which is the<br />
venture capital arm of Tahincioglu Holding, and member of the<br />
