Poelman has graduated from RA, Certified Public Accountant at<br />

Universiteit van Tilburg at 2003. He served as Manager in Deloitte<br />

from 2002 to 2003. Poelman has become Financial Director of Multi<br />

Development Turkey from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012 he was<br />

the Financial Director of Redevco Turkey. Since September 2012<br />

Redevco Turkey operations and shopping centers were taken over by<br />

Qubicon which is an international real estate company established in<br />

Istanbul, Turkey, and which is an affiliate of real estate funds managed<br />

by the BLACKSTONE Group currently he is continuing his career as the<br />

asset management firm. Prior to moving to Turkey he was a Partner<br />

at Valeo Partners, a New York based middle-market private equity<br />

firm and previously a Director at Newtek Capital, a New York based<br />

middle-market private equity firm.
