Jason M. Lucas is president of Amstar <strong>Global</strong> Partners, an Amstar<br />
subsidiary responsible for nearly all of Amstar’s investments outside<br />
of the Americas. In addition, Mr. Lucas is the portfolio manager<br />
for the Amstar <strong>Global</strong> Partners international investment funds. He<br />
leads and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s<br />
investments in Turkey, Russia and India, and is a member of Amstar’s<br />
Investment Committee. Mr. Lucas has more than 10 years of real<br />
estate transaction experience in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Lucas<br />
is a member of ICSC & ULI and is a frequent speaker at professional<br />
conferences, including MIPIM, Expo<strong>Real</strong> and MAPIC. Mr. Lucas<br />
graduated with honors from Brown University with<br />
a B.A. in Economics.<br />

Henry Morris is Head of Acquisitions for Europa Capital’s Emerging<br />
Europe Fund. Henry joined Europa in 2006 and has undertaken<br />

Germany. Recently, Henry completed the acquisitions of the Mall of<br />
Sofia and Retail Park Plovdiv in Bulgaria. Europa Capital is a real estate<br />
fund management group operating from offices across Europe.<br />
Europa Capital is a member of The Rockefeller Group (“RGI”). RGI<br />
is a strategic investor alongside Management. Since 1995, Europa<br />
Capital’s Principals have raised 6 real estate funds and committed to<br />
over 70 transactions totalling some €7.0 billion across 17 countries.<br />
Dr. Sahar Nasr is the Lead Financial Economist in the World Bank’s<br />
Finance and Private Sector Development Department of the Middle<br />
East and North Africa (MENA). She is a regional leader for the World<br />
Bank on issues of financial sector development, and non-bank<br />
financial institutions, as well as, the Program Manager of the MENA<br />
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Finance Facility, focussing on<br />
financial inclusion. Dr. Nasr has worked in technical and managerial<br />
positions in bank restructuring, mortgage finance, affordable<br />
low-income housing, access to finance, small and medium<br />
enterprises (SMEs), and microfinance, as well as issues of corporate<br />
governance and transparency.<br />

Peter Noack (44) studied law and graduated from Johann Wolfgang<br />
Goethe Universität in Frankfurt. He had acted in an international<br />
consulting company in Nürnberg and Prague for 7 years prior to his<br />
engagement in HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic. He has<br />
been working as a Branch Managing Director since 2003, in addition<br />
to that in 2010 he became a Director for South and East Europe and<br />
Managing Director for HOCHTIEF subsidiaries in Austria, Hungary<br />
and Romania, where he has been responsible for all development<br />
activities. In 2011 Peter Noack became an Executive VP of<br />
HOCHTIEF Solutions AG <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Solutions and a VP of HOCHTIEF<br />
Projektentwicklung GmbH. He speaks fluent German, English and<br />
Czech and has a communicative level of French.<br />
Dogan Oksum (42) is a graduate of Robert College and Bosphorus<br />
University. He is a Civil Engineer and has been in land development<br />
and construction business since 1992. He served on board of Robert<br />
College Alumni for 10 years and was the president in 2003 and 2004.<br />
He has established connections with the local governments, real<br />
estate associations, real estate brokers, architects, developers and<br />
other real estate service providers.<br />
