Following his graduation as an Environmental Engineer from Istanbul<br />
Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering Mr. Oğuz Kösebay<br />
began his professional career in 1996 at Tekfen Group. After the<br />
foundation of Tekfen <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Development Group in 2000 he<br />
served in several projects of the Group. During 2006 and 2011 he<br />
worked at the management level in business development, design<br />
and construction management departments. He joined Omurga <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> Investments Co., Inc. in September 2011.<br />
Mert Kurt is Deputy General Manager of IMS Project Management<br />
Co., running business development activities of the company in<br />
Turkey. He has in-depth experience in project management, contract<br />
administration and dispute resolution. He has worked on commercial<br />
buildings, office buildings and shopping centers in Turkey and Middle<br />
East. Prior to joining IMS, he established the Project Management<br />
Office of Nurol to manage the airport and pipeline projects. Mr. Kurt<br />
received his MBA from Koc University and his MS and BS degree in<br />
Civil Engineering from Bogazici University.<br />

of the mission and vision and developing organizational values and<br />
systems required for sustained success.<br />
Markus Lehto is Managing Partner of Urbanista International<br />
Ltd., a London based property development and consultancy<br />
company active throughout Europe and the Middle East. Urbanista’s<br />
development pipeline is focused primarily on urban regeneration<br />
projects in Istanbul, Budapest, and other key emerging cities in<br />
Europe; with a development consultancy portfolio comprising a<br />
number of large-scale market shifting projects from Prague to Saudi<br />
Arabia. Despite its widespread activity, Urbanista is highly focused on<br />
realizing unique development opportunities in Turkey and infusing<br />
its deep local and international knowledge and experience into its<br />

design. Mr. Levey completed degrees at Duke University and the<br />
Sorbonne in Comparative Languages and Chinese Studies and was a<br />

Blake joined Meyer Bergman in 2006 and focuses on acquisitions<br />
across Europe. Prior to joining Meyer Bergman, Blake co-founded<br />
a private equity investment and advisory group where he was<br />
responsible for managing the portfolio of real estate and corporate<br />
holdings with a net asset value of $100 million. Before this, he served<br />
as a Portfolio Manager with Banco Atlántico from 2002 to 2004. Blake<br />
is a CFA charter holder and graduated with a B.Sc. in Economics from<br />
Georgetown University in 2002. He is fluent in Spanish and English. .
