Ms. Kayacik is the Business Development Director and Board
Member of Odak Group. She holds a BA degree in Economics from
Bogazici University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from
Columbia University in New York. She has worked extensively on
financing,developing, leasing and management of İzmir Agora
Shopping Center and office development projects in Istanbul within
Odak Group portfolio. Odak Group, was founded in the late 1970’s
and is effectively active in domestic and international building
contracting and real estate development, in addition to the field of
international solid fuel trade, industrial and heating purpose coal
distrubition, industrial bag production,cosmetics production and
managing shopping and entertainment centers.
Mr. Anthony Khoi is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and
the leading European EM LYON Business School. He is also a French
state licensed architect. In 1995, he founded CENOR Group. In 2003,
he became a partner at Aerium. His role involved him serving as a
Managing partner, Board member and a Head of Aerium’s investment
in retail projects in several countries in Europe. Since 2005, he has
been also the Co-President of Simon Ivanhoe (CEFIC) in Turkey and
the President of AERIUM Turkey. Anthony is Co-President of the
Harvard Business School Alumni Real Estate Association in France and
in Turkey. He is the Co-Founder and the head of AYD’s Cultural and
Social Responsibility Committee.

Levent Kirazoglu has been working at Garanti Bank -
Project&Acquisition Finance Department- since 2006 and is the
Manager of the Infrastructure&Real Estate team. He has a banking
experience of 10 years. Levent has an undergraduate degree on
Business Administration (with the major in finance) and has his
masters degree in the Executive-MBA programme of Sabancı
University. He has hands-on experience on project and acquisition
finance deals in many different sectors including healthcare, real
estate, infrastructure, transportation, energy, cement and retail.”
Prior to co-founding STRATA, Mr. Kizilsencer was a Senior Design
Leader at SOM in New York. His most recent projects with SOM
include the Sedesco Tower in Midtown New York, the Isbank Tuzla
Banking and Technology Center in Turkey. Further projects include
the Akbank Banking Center in the Tokyo Midtown Project in Tokyo,
Japan.
Mr. Kizilsencer’s most prestigious projects comprise of the One
World Trade Center (Freedom Tower), the Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Research Center in Midtown New York.
Nizam Kizilsencer is a LEED accredited professional and a registered
architect in the State of New York. He is a member of the AIA

Graduated from Yildiz Technical University as a Civil Engineer in
1996, he received his MBA from University of Baltimore in 2000.
He continued his career in USA as marketing manager. In 2002, he
moved back to Turkey and became the Assistant GM of Soyak Yapi
Inc. responsible for Marketing, Sales and Corporate Communication
for 5 years. After that he worked for Zorlu Property Development
and Investment Inc. between 2007-2010 as an Assistant GM
responsible for Project Development and Marketing. Since June
2010, he is working as a Sales & Marketing Director at Eroğlu Property
Development & Investment Inc.
Hakan Kodal, since July 2006, is the President & CEO of Krea Real
Estate based in Istanbul, Turkey. Krea Real Estate specialises in
residential and mixed-use real estate development and investment
businesses. Krea Management team has over 15 years of track
record in the Turkish real estate industry with over USD 1 billion of
development and investment carried out, including investments
made by Bosphorus Real Estate Fund set in partnership with Merrill
Lynch GPI. Mr. Kodal is also the founder Chairman of leading real
estate organisations in Turkey : Council of Shopping Centers - Turkey
(AYD), the National Association of Turkish Real Estate Investment
Companies (GYODER), Urban Land Institute (ULI) Turkey and Istanbul
Shopping Fest organisation.Between 1997 - 2006, Mr. Kodal was
the General Manager of Yapı Kredi Koray Reit, listed on the Istanbul
Stock Exchange. Before 1997, he worked at Garanti Investment Bank,
Istanbul and at Coopers & Lybrand.
