Altug Inan joined Access Turkey Capital Group in 2008. Prior to
Access Turkey, worked for 3 years as the Managing Director of Kodak
Turkey,where he had led the major restructuring projects of the multi
business unit Turkish operations, joined Kodak Turkey as CFO in 2004.
Before Kodak; Mr. Inan has worked for Deloitte & Touche Assurance
and Business Advisory department for 10 years in Istanbul and
Southampton (UK) offices,where he was a Director for the last 2 years
in Istanbul office, had significant exposure in due diligence,company
valuation and privatization projects during his Deloitte period.
Alper Işıkal is the founder partner of Işıkal Law Office and has been
providing legal consultancy especially in real estate and corporate
law for various local and foreign clients. He has been the chief legal
counsel of Turkmall Group Companies since 2010. He joined Multi
Turkmall JV in 2005 and leaded all legal functions of this JV for
development of many shopping centres and acquisitions until 2010
as being the legal affairs director. Previously worked for McDonald’s
Turkey as the legal counsel. He has expertise in real estate law
with foreign investment, acquisition, zoning, constrution , project
financing, asset& share transfers , corporate law and project & asset
management experience.

started his career as a corporate banker, and held various managerial
positions in international banking, including the establishment of
a banking subsidiary in Amsterdam. Dr. Kadilar is a PhD in Media
Economics. After a BSc degree at METU in Industrial Engineering,
he has obtained his MSc degree at Stanford University, and
completed his MBA at HEC, Paris. He has also attended an executive
management course in strategic bank management at INSEAD. He is

Evrim Karayel’s professional experience includes 10 years in the
construction ,project management and business development of
real estate markets of Turkey, Russian Federation and CIS countries.
Mr. Karayel joined Gurallar Yapi in April 2010. He has been directing
international and local operations of Gurallar Yapi. He graduated of
DPU Engineering Faculty Civil Engineering Department. He speaks
Turkish, English and Russian. Mr. Karayel is a member of GYODER and
INDER in Turkey.
Graduated from the Federal Technical Institute Zurich with an Msc.
in Civil Engineering. In 1980, after working in Europe, he joined the
family company Üçgen Construction as the Chairman.
The company has specialized in the development and the turnkey
construction of 4-5 star Hotels. Completed major ones are Radisson
SAS hotels; in Ankara, Istanbul, Tbilisi and St. Petersburg; the Conrad
Istanbul, Swissotel Antalya and Sheraton Ashgabad. Bekay Property
Partners is established by Mr. Kaya and some partners of Üçgen
Construction, in December 2007. The main objective of the company
is real estate development.
