Frithjof co-founded Eriapartners in 2007 with a goal to develop<br />

prestigious landmark projects in key locations within large and<br />

expanding cities in Turkey. In 2011, Eriapartners successfully opened<br />

TerraCity, Antalya’s largest shopping center which was sponsored<br />

by the National Bank of Kuwait. A new office tower project in the<br />

CBD of Istanbul (The Skymark Istanbul) is under development. Prior<br />

to moving to Turkey in 2001, Frithjof worked as investment banker<br />

for Rothschild and Credit Suisse. A German national, Frithjof holds<br />

a degree and PhD in law. He is a member of the Young Presidents<br />

Organisation and the Advisory Council of the Eisenhower Fellowship.<br />

Frithjof is married and has three daughters.<br />

Ms. Elif Germirli is the CFO of Tahincioğlu Holding, a group active in<br />

various industries including among others real estate development,<br />

construction, manufacturing and agriculture. Prior to joining<br />

Tahincioğlu Holding, Ms. Germirli worked for Citigroup in various<br />

positions in the UK and Turkey. The last position she held with<br />

Citigroup was as a director in the European securitisation and real<br />

estate finance group responsible for real estate finance in CEEMEA.<br />

Ms. Germirli holds a BS in chemical engineering from Bosphorus<br />

University and an MBA from Columbia University.<br />

Özlem Gökçe is an architect and urban designer holding an MBA<br />

degree. She focused on <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Development on her career<br />

during her experiences at Enternasyonel Tourism Investments and<br />

Turkon Holding in key management positions. She’s the General<br />

Manager and the Board Member of Extensa İstanbul. Extensa was<br />

founded 100 yrs ago to develop a number of large residential suburbs<br />

around the city of Antwerp in Belgium. In recent years Extensa<br />

established new companies in Romania, Slovakia and Turkey.<br />

In 2007, Extensa İstanbul had made land acquisitions in Bomonti<br />

Şişli and developing two residential projects with approximately<br />

200 apartments.<br />

Before joining EA Construction as the general manager, Hakan<br />

Gümüş has been in the real estate development sector in companies<br />

such as Jones Lang Lasalle, Best Buy and Carrefour. EA Construction<br />

is established under the umbrella of EA Group which is specialized<br />

mostly in aviation industry (Eclipse 500 business jets producer).<br />

EA Construction is positioned in value added real estate projects<br />

mostly in Istanbul such as Kartal Tower (www.kartalkule.com) and<br />

Beykonakevleri (www.beykonakevleri.com).<br />

Buket Hayretci is the First Vice President of Aareal Bank AG - Istanbul<br />

Representative Office . She graduated from Bosphorus University of<br />

Istanbul, Political Science and International Relations Department.<br />

After her graduation, she joined Turkish Foreign Trade Bank/Disbank<br />

as a management trainee and worked at the International Marketing<br />

Department. She is with Aareal Bank AG since 2003. She worked for<br />

the Credit Management and Marketing Departments for Turkey at the<br />

headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany before transferring to Istanbul<br />

Representative Office in 2006.<br />

Andreas Hohlmann,Senior Director in ECE Group and GM of ECE<br />

Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş., joined the Group in 2001.He worked in<br />

several key positions in different countries.ECE Group is an investor<br />

and a service provider company of a wide range of projects including<br />

shopping centers, offices,traffic and industrial buildings among<br />

others. ECE is active in 16 countries,has a current construction and<br />

planning volume of € 4 billion,manages 185 SC on 6 million sqm sales<br />

area. ECE Türkiye-the Turkish subsidiary of ECE Group,established in<br />

2000-is developing, planning, realizing, leasing out and managing<br />

large-scale shopping center projects in Turkey. The company<br />

currently operates 11 SC and has projects under development<br />

and/or construction stage.
