Güven Emre is the founder and Managing Director of PRODEMA<br />

Project Development and Management Company. PRODEMA<br />

is dedicated to provide integrated real estate development and<br />

construction management services for the institutional and private<br />

investors. Prior to founding of PRODEMA, Güven Emre was the Vice<br />

General Manager and Head of the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investments at PERMAK<br />

Group. He’s still serving to PERMAK Group and has completed<br />

residential, office and industrial projects with a total value exceeding<br />

150 million USD under the scope of PERMAK investments. He is<br />

specialized on various aspects of real estate development business<br />

including feasibility studies, financial engineering, construction and<br />

quality management.<br />

Murat Ergin is the founder and managing director of Turkey’s leading<br />

real estate services provider, Kuzeybati which is an alliance member<br />

of BNP Paribas <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> in Turkey. Mr. Ergin started his real estate<br />

career in 1994 at Kuzeybati, where he established the brokerage,<br />

advisory, investment and finally Property Management teams.<br />

Kuzeybati provides services to a group of clientele from among<br />

international investors, developers and end users. Murat Ergin is a<br />

member of ULI , GYODER , Corenet and ICSC. Mr. Ergin is fluent in<br />

English and Turkish.<br />

Rıza Hüseyin ERKANLI graduated from Hacettepe as a mining<br />

engineer. Since 1998, he carried out international and domestic<br />

superstructure (residential, villa) projects. In addition, he has been<br />

working in the fields such as real estate development, investment,<br />

environment, waste as Erkanli Group’s chairman of the board.<br />

Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical<br />

University, went on to complete an MBA, and was later awarded a<br />

PhD in Accounting & Finance. Mr.Erolsun has started his carrier in<br />

Yapı Kredi Bank, one Turkey’s biggest project finance institutions. As<br />

an Executive in Loans Department, assessing and financing private<br />

sector deals, he finalized several commercial and industrial projects<br />

in that period. He was then transferred to Nova Group as the Project<br />

Manager and was in charge of many hotel, hospital, retail chain,<br />

shopping mall, commercial and mix construction projects. Mr. Erolsun<br />

joined Dedeman <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Co in 2007 and is currently the General<br />

Manager of the company.<br />

Dr. Erten earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi<br />

University in İstanbul.She earned her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in<br />

Civil&Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and worked<br />

as a research fellow at Princeton University.As a project manager she<br />

managed large,complex projects for multinational firms in USA and<br />

was an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California(USC)<br />

and authored several papers.Upon her return to Turkey,she cofounded<br />

Green Building Council of Turkey,part of a global non-profit<br />

organization supporting to design and built high-performance<br />

buildings established to create market transformation in building<br />

industry and she serves as the VP of the Board responsible from<br />

International Relations.<br />

Mehmet Even started his career in 1996, as Construction Manager<br />

in Final System in Austria. Even, worked in Ortner & Ortner as Project<br />

& Quality Manager between 1997 and 2000. Following his work as<br />

Project & Construction Manager in Jiszda & Partner and as Business<br />

Development & Project Manager in IKEA; Even became Head of<br />

Operations and Developments in Dubai Holding in 2006. Before<br />

joining Zorlu Property Group, he worked as Head of Projects and<br />

Developments in GMR International. He is Executive Vice President of<br />

Zorlu Property Group. Responsible of <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Development, PR,<br />

Marketing, Sales & Lease Departments.
