Burak Çağdaş is a graduate from Bilkent University in Ankara, faculty
of Business Administration.After graduation, he spent 4 years in
Bucharest / Romania, developed and managed a whole sale food
company including exporting,storage and delivery. At the same
time, he developed a plastic production business. After selling these
two businesses, he returned to Turkey and started partnership with
Italian companies in retail business .Mr Cagdas has great knowledge
and experience in asset management in the most part of Turkey.
Mr.Cagdas is a founding partner of CAC and he also continues to run
actively 3 other companies.
Güniz Çelen, is a Chartered Appraiser and is recognized as one of the
most prominent 1,100 Counselors of the real estate world with her
CRE designation and and is a Member of the Board of Directors of
The Appraisal Institute and holds “FRICS” and “MAI” designations as
well. The 36 years of extensive and diversified hands-on experience
in various areas of construction and investment environments
blended with the advantage of her M.Arch and MBA degrees, has led
to an accumulation of unique know-how in residential, commercial,
hospitality and industrial development issues.
She continues to speak, teach and write of the development of the
real estate investment environment.

Dr. B. Kağan Ceylan, PMP, MRICS, LEED AP+, BREEAM Int. Assessor.
Kağan joined Halk REIT in 2011 and is in charge of project
development, project governance and construction control in this
young and dynamic REIT. Prior to joining Halk REIT, Kağan worked
as the Head of Project Management Group in Ernst & Young’s
Moscow office in charge of Russia and CIS. His previous professional
experience also includes various positions in international contractor
and development firms. Kağan obtained his M.Sc. and Doctor of
Engineering degrees from Texas A&M University in the U.S. in Civil
Engineering. He obtained his B.Sc. degree also in Civil Engineering
from Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
Mr. Emre Çizioğlu is a partner of YükselKarkınKüçük Attorney
Partnership. He also heads the Real Estate Department. He
specialises in Real Estate. He has extensive experience in a variety
of RE transactions, with emphasis on RE acquiring models, project
development contracts, lease law, construction law, architectural
and engineering contracts, mergers & acquisitions, spin off and
general commercial law issues. He provides legal advice to a range
of domestic and international companies for all their RE needs. He
represents project developers, REIT’s, owners, private or corporate
investors RE project lenders, construction companies, leasing and
management companies, retailers and tourism companies, for their
major investments in Turkey.

Ali Dumankaya is the Executive Board Member of Dumankaya, one
of the leading Real Estate Groups of Turkey. Having more than 20
years of experience in the Turkish real estate market, Mr. Dumankaya
is an Executive Committee member of ULI Turkey Board, Member
of GYODER (The Association of Real Estate Investment Companies),
Vice President of KONUTDER, Member of Galatasaray Football Club
and BCSC (British Council of Shopping Centers). Mr. Dumankaya
is graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a BSc degree in
Mechanical Engineering and had a MSc degree in Management
from Birmingham University. He also attended Finance Management
Program of Pamukbank.
Graduated from Northeastern University, USA as a civil engineer. After
working at several positions at Ekinciler ve Ortakları İnşaat ve Ticaret
A.Ş, he became a Board Member in 2002 and the General Manager in
2003. He is registered to the Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers.
