from early 2007 until the end of 2009. Previously, Cem worked for<br />
Doğan Şirketler Grubu as real estate developer, ECE Türkiye as head<br />
of the Business Development Department, Efsane Motor as general<br />
manager and McDonald’s as senior real estate representative. Cem is<br />
the CEO for Corio Türkiye since May 2012.<br />
Ahmet Alga is the Chief Financial Officer of Dumankaya, one of the<br />
leading real estate groups of Turkey. He has 15 years of experience<br />
in the Turkish real estate market by holding financial management<br />
positions in public real estate companies and advising RE companies<br />
and international funds. Graduated from the Boğaziςi University<br />
as an Industrial Engineer in 1998, Ahmet Alga has earned an MBA<br />
from the Boğaziςi University in 2000. He has been a member of<br />
the Urban Land <strong>Institute</strong> since 2004 and a member of the Association<br />
of <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investment Companies (GYODER) since 2000.<br />

Evran Alper is a graduate of ETH Zurich, a Swiss state licensed<br />
architect and a member of SIA (Swiss Society of Engineers and<br />
Architects). After the international architectural practice by<br />
Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in Chicago, he made his experience at<br />
international consultancy for <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> by Wuest&Partner in Zurich<br />
and continued his career as Construction Manager by Losinger-<br />
Marazzi, a subsidiary of French Bouygues Construction in Switzerland.<br />
Mr. Alper is a founding partner of CAC, an independent asset<br />
management and private equity firm managing over 250 Mio EUR<br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> and related assets in Turkey. He also serves in the board of<br />
Tures, Turkey’s leading architectural firm in big scale redevelopments<br />
and restorations. Mr. Alper is an official expert of OSEC for real<br />
estate and energy.<br />
The core responsibility of METRO PROPERTIES Turkey is to enhance<br />
the value of its real estate assets in long term through active and<br />
strategic portfolio management. As a service provider for the site<br />
search, development and construction of retail locations, METRO<br />

Barlas Balcıoğlu is a partner and the Head of <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Team in<br />
the Firm. With a unique combination of real estate, acquisition and<br />
finance experience, Barlas advises on domestic and cross-border<br />
real estate transactions and asset management work. He advises<br />
banks in drafting and negotiating loan agreements; and acts for real<br />
