Tahincioglu Real Estate (the “Company”) is the real estate development and investment
arm of Tahincioglu group of companies. The Company is an active player in the Turkish real
estate market, with a particular focus on the development of premium quality retail, office
space as well as residential properties and premium hotels. In addition to the development
projects undertaken, the company has a large portfolio of income generating real estate assets
that it actively manages. Meta, another subsidiary of Tahincioglu, is in charge of the facility
management of the group projects.

The construction area of projects completed by the Company to date has reached over 1.5
million square meters. Nida Insaat, construction arm of Tahincioglu undertakes the general
contractor role in each project.
Landmark projects undertaken by the Company include Palladium Shopping Center and
Residence Tower, Nidakule Kozyatagi Office Tower and Swissôtel Grand Efes & Convention Center.
Tahincioglu Real Estate is currently engaged in the development of two Leed Gold Certificate,
A-class office towers located on the Asian side of Istanbul (Nidakule Goztepe and Palladium
Tower) and a shopping center in Hatay (Palladium Antakya). In addition to the aforementioned
projects under construction, the Company has seven other projects which are currently at their
design and planning phase, namely two office buildings in Levent and Istanbul Finance Center,
two residential projects in Cengelkoy and Seyrantepe and three mixed-use projects in Bomonti,
Kozyatagi and Adana (four of which plan to break ground in Q1 2013).
